Marks & Spencer in Bradford

This is a very good store. Bally who does the bra fittings is a lovely lady and helped us so much with our daughter. Staff go the extra mile here. We also visited the cafe and as ever, a good experience.

I think you need to train your staff on customer service and how to speak to people. I arrived for a bra fitting appointment ten minutes early and attempted to find a member of staff, eventually a woman came from the changing rooms and I explained I had an appointment at 12:30pm to be met with an attitude of "yeah well its not 12:30pm yet I am with someone!!" Not even a polite if you wouldn't mind waiting I will be with you soon. I cancelled my appointment and walked out

Lovely coffee and cake in the cafe. A member of staff in ladieswear, Ava, went the extra mile and searched high and low for a coat I was looking for. Really appreciated that help and thank you Ava 😇

Warning: do not wear sportswear in the upstairs men's clothing department as you will be judged and harassed by an old, weathered male staff member. Holding onto my own personal morals, I will not name this individual.This person holds no social or customer service etiquette and does not display any aspects of the Marks & Spencer brand core values of quality, value, service and trust.If you are looking to shop here, ensure you are wearing you're utmost best clothing otherwise you will be targeted.Some constructive feedback - Please review your job description again, carefully. I would suggest working on the way in which you communicate with customers and take part in some extra customer service training.

Healthy food well presented and great tasting colombian coffee. Service was friendly and quick. Large spacious cafe with view down Broadway Mall. Plenty of food and dessert options.

Really good store in broadway bradford. I loved for man 's suiting good quality in reasonable price. Beautifull setup every section is properly designed. All over two floors. Helpfull staff and really polite . good customers service. Must recommended

Love their coffee shop it has good food and the coffee is great too. The food hall is well stocked . They have a good selection of houseplants and cut flowers. Popular magazines and papers are for sale. The beauty department is quite small. Men's wear has a really good selection of casual and formal wear as does the ladies clothing.

Love the cafe here, heathy options food and plenty of veggie choices.Also, great view of the shopping centre from the window tables, where you can watch the world go by - people watch!Coffee here is good, they know how to make a flat white (unlike costa!)

Although staff are very protective of the yellow stickers that you can't touch until on the shelf 😂 I like all the options here and there's lots of the plant kitchen foods available. Here is where I travel to grab some shopping. Even if you're not vegan honestly give something a try you won't be disappointed. I reccomend the cauliflower popcorn and the dirty fries👌
