Mcdonald's Restaurant in Bradford

Placed an order through Just Eat. Order never came. Couldn't contact Mc Donald's because phone just rang and rang. Only wanted to know when order was dispatched as Just Eat website tracking kept saying on way and then delivered.

1. I came at 1030 but the breakfest until 1100 is already 2 years old. well, I waited for my hungry cheeseburger, which is eaten at any time, it's a cheeseburger.2. As always, I took a bag full of potatoes, which stained all the back and it is in fat.3. All that I like is related to your cheeseburger, but I don’t like you, otherwise the way you always brought it to me doesn’t give you some good ratings from me for this fast food.

Shocking, 35 mins wait for 2 burger meals from an app order. Staff brought out my order flat cold and my wife's hot chocolate was just light brown water that left a horrible taste in her mouth, went in to have it all replaced but had to wait in a queue of folk all wanting cold orders replaced. Never seen so many angry customers. Joke of a place. It's quite apparent that huge volumes of orders is the priority and the quality of the food plays second fiddle. Not good business and they didn't seem bothered by it one bit. Thank you

Absolutely appalling service. Asked member of staff to make sure the food was fresh at the drive through. as we would like it. Picked up the food at the window within 5 minutes. Started eating the fillet of fish and it was really cold and not near cooked on the level as it should have been.

Called in yesterday with my family. On entering the restaurant , we we're greeted by a lovely lady called Fozia . She asked us if we needed any help and showed us to a table. Throughout our meal she was busy cleaning and assisting customers . She is a credit to MC Donald's .

Ordered 2 happy meals with chips & a toy wrap of day meal chicken nuggets meal 2 small milkshakes and 2 large milkshakes and only recieved this. Refund requested absolutely appalling service

Paid full but receiving half cold cups of "hot drink" cutting back on water are we? Not pleased at all ...shame

Rude and abrupt staff.Car park is always really busy with people just sat around in cars.Went through the drive through and ordered 1 large meal, i was asked to wait in the car park and I sat waiting for over half half an hour for 1 meal. Ridiculous, worst mcdonalds I have been too. Unorganised chaos, the managers should be ashamed of themselves, they have rude staff and a poor set up as it wasnt a particularly busy day. get some better leaders and things will improve what a joke of a place.The lad bringing the food out to everyone was polite and well mannered though.

Made an online order and came to collect. They asked me to park up and wait.30mins later I get cold food delivered to the car. Before I could check the guy had already gone back inside.Had to queue to go through drive thru again.Only to be served by someone with an attitude problem. No apology or anything.

I do come during my break so the hour is a quieter one. My food is hot, served professionally and staff are friendly. If they're ever not anywhere I'm not shy about it but one staff member particularly needs a mention for her welcoming tone and real friendly assistance. Lyba should be kept a close eye on for promotional thoughts as she seems to go above and beyond with all the customers who walk through the doors. This city needs more staff lead by her example.
