McDonald's in Bradford

I visited the the kirkgate branch on Friday the 15th of July with my grandchildren. My 2 year old had an accident fell of a stool and cut her mouth. I can't thank the staff enough they were amazing with her. A young man administered first aid and was so caring and another lady really took care of us making sure we were ok. Can not thank them enough.

Meal would have been OK if we got the sauce that should come with the meal... dry chicken nuggets 😕 but then again it a makkies tradition not giving the sauce... and yes it was a meal that gives you a sauce selection. Even if you charged people for them they still wouldn't get one.

Broken and half coffee ☕Bad all staff.Bad everything no clear.

It's Maccies, ya know what to expect nevertheless, everytime I come in there's a young girl, I believe her name is Melissa, she doesn't stop moving. Credit to her & her hard work, hope she knows someone appreciates what she does!

I demand the woman Anita gets a pay rise what a woman....lucky to have her If she leaves then you may as well shut down

Quick service on a Sunday morning, restaurant was clean and tidy and staff friendly.

Quick service and friendly staff the tables could have done with a clear but apart from that the place was very nice

Worst and the most disgusting Restaurant.The staff was the extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. The food was probably the worst and perhaps expired. The place was so so unhygienic and not suitable for any type of dining.

Don't rate the customer service, very rude staff and will certainly not be going back. Staff had a go at me for having the audacity to use the toilet upstairs "YOU CAN'T GO UPSTAIRS" Well no one ever told me.

On a busy pedestrianised area of town with lots of foot traffic .Two automatic sliding door to enter the store then I had to turn immediately right and up the ramp to shop floor .After placing my order I found a table end to sit at with my little number plate . The young lady brought my food across for me and it was piping hot . I had no problems today this early and as parts where still closed off I couldn’t explore , except to say is there is plenty of space upstairs (no lift) and also out back . The shop design is very garage !The only downside to my visit was the trip to the disabled toilet . It’s located under the stairs ! The outer door had to be opened by a member of staff,and she also opened the interior door which was on a 90 degree turn which was very tight . In fact my chair was too large . However the lady spotted this and closed the outer door for me until I came out
