Staff are great. But Morrisons the self should be ashamed of the self. Leaving the with skeleton staff doing a job that needs at least 3 people…

Staff do not treat the customer with respect

Morrisons have clearly given up on this place. We came at 1pm on the Saturday before mother's day and it was utterly dead. That should have set alarm bells already. Went to counter to be barked at 'what table do you want' and when I suggested one I got told I couldn't have it, so I suggested another, which I was told was too smal, fortunately I was third time lucky. Would it have been such hard customer service to suggest a table to me?At this point I tried to order food. Two of the three items we wanted to order they didn't t have in and when I asked what they did have the girl at the counter said 'you would be better off using the machine,' which I did. Such poor service that a machine knows what is in stock better than the human staff, also a bit poor they are out of certain dishes when they are dead at 1pm on a Saturday and we are literally IN A SUPERMARKET!!I should have turned away, but I felt on a mission to eat at this point so we ordered some basic dishes off the menu and waited. My daughter's kids meal was supposed to come with a drink and fruit but nobody came to us to get one so I just helped myself from the counter and hoped I was taking the 'right' things. I tried to get a coffee from the machine but the nozzle spewed coffee so far from the cup I had to press the button twice to fill it.Then the food came. Lukewarm beans in a pointless pot and incinerated dry sausages. Chips were fine. It was edible but not worth the money. Had to walk around looking for salt as there were only 5 shakers in the whole cafe and three that I tried were empty!My daughter said her apple didn't taste right and she was correct. It tasted at least 10 days past it's best. I would have hesitated to feed it to a horse. This place probably won't be around much longer and it's quite clear to see Morrisons are just fine with that.

On numerous occasions here they never have any food in! Called in today and they are only doing egg and bacon sandwiches, asked if I could have egg on toast with beans they then said they are not doing beans because there is only 2 people working! It Cost us £18 for 2 buns 2 coffees, the poached eggs came out on a plate with two slices of burnt hard toast next to it, to top it all off I had to butter my own burnt toast!Poor experience here really poor!I feel robbed of £18!

Mayo Avenue Morrisons has a very poor quality of hygiene in comparison to the one at Girlington's Victoria Shopping Centre (near The Range) Morrisons. For example the tables were wet, dirty and there were bits of food both on the table and around it. Plus the selection of chilled goods weren't as stocked as the other. I award 3 stars due to the tasty chips and custard.

Good value for money ordered a big breakfast service was good but when the food came it was all cold and full of grease left it all, I hate cold food for the price I was not going to get on to waitressHow could a breakfast be so bad

Terrible food cold ordered a breakfast our toast came thrown on the same plate as our breakfast which wasn't even toasted disgusting

My insides were greased up and not in a good way! I had sausage eggs and chips, the egg was swimming in oil like it wanted to slide & escape off of the plate, the sausages weren't big enough for my preference and the decor reminded me of IKEA just without the Swedish style or the meatballs. A disappointment experience with its only positive being that the tea bags were good, the lighting acceptable and it didn't rain.

Hate leaving negative feedback, but it is honest..arrived for lunch with a colleague..there is a pile of trays which one is expected to use..theyre dirty..unwashed..remnants of previous user's lunch all over them, when i asked staff member for a clean one..he just mumbled he was on his break an walked away, not a great start, food arrived, my macaroni cheese looked as basic as could get, no thought put into presentation..i know there is not alot you can do with this dish but it simply looked dreadful, tasted fine..no hassle there.. shall not be dining there again ..lots of shortages on the cutlery front and napkins

Morrison cafe in all are very good . Good service good value for money. But this one looks as if it needs a good clean .
