Stunning decor! The shisha and food is great, with lots of choice. Staff are friendly and attentive.

I was there tonight service was very poor and I when with visitors the did late me down … we had to ask few time to get what we had and I was not happy at all

Lovely place, staff are decent and helpfull. Food was amazing, definitely worth buying some. Service is top notch. Shisha was good, will definitely return.

Food and deco is lovely. However, this is where the positives stop.Firstly, 3 of us (all male)attended and only 2 of us smoke. Yet were made to buy 2 sheeshas as its heir 'policy' thought we ordered numerous beverages/drinks. Yet 3 girls behind us in the queue weren't made to buy 2 sheeshas. Then we were put in a booth and on 3 separate occasions whilst here they squashed in other groups with us in the booth all cramped up. At times with 7 of us sat there like sardines in a can. Again, other smaller females groups of 3 weren't made to buy 2 between 3. I felt the males were treated differently here from what I sawThen the service, it was almost none existent. Constantly looking for staff to change coal, ask for more drinks etc. I felt the hospitality was great only at the entrance and at the desk when ordering and paying. After that, the service I felt didnt matter to them

Nice place clean and has good ventelation to remove the smoke. Foods great as is the tea. Lacks atmosphere aside from that great service all round

So Iv been coming here on and off for years. This time I came after such a long time. I found that the people at the till have no clue about flavours so they can’t even recommend flavours and when they are recommending it’s just guesswork lol. The atmosphere is live which I like (music can be abit deafening though). Drinks and food is also good - I usually get the pina colada, mocktails and prawn tempura.However, for someone who is coming to a shisha place this will never tick the box. The shisha tastes burnt, I meant at-least you should be able to taste the flavours. I got my shisha changed twice and when I spoke to the manager regarding a refund he initially refused to give this as it had been more then 20 minutes. I then explained in this time we spoke to various staff members but it wasn’t resolved. After asking for the refund policy (which they don’t have) he gave back my money. They wasted our time in the process, me and my friend came for a quick smoke and he was going to head back to london but because of these delays he was delayed.Also forgot to mention when they changed the shisha one staff member said the flavour was already burnt which means it’s either an old shisha they gave which has the burnt shisha flavour. I did mention how can a shisha taste like this when it’s just newly been set up. Lol I can make better shisha at home which is quite embarrassing.I mean it’s not even about money it’s about having a good experience and darling I won’t spend my hard earnt money when they don’t meet my expectations. I won’t be returning unless they fix their shisha - need to better their quality. Maybe they should learn from billions how to run a lounge. Only giving 2 stars for the atmosphere and drinks.

Nice sittings, cosy atmosphere, good customer services

It was our first visit and we fell in love with the place. Shisha was really good, food as well. You feel welcomed and looked after. Definitely will be back👌
