Papa G's in Bradford

Placed an order at 7.40. At 8.30 rang again to find out why we have not recieved our food, the guy said 15mins. 9.00 rang again as we still didnt recieve our order, the guy said 2mins he will be outside. 9.10 rang again and the guy said he is on his way🙄 finally the food arrived!😁 Cold food was delivered😡😡 couldnt be ask to ring and wait another 2 hours! Wouldnt recommend. Used to order from this place often but the service has gone downhill. Zero star

Called me 40 mins after ordering to confirm adress then brought a donner on chips ment to be Donner kebab and pizza all needed reheating ... too cold

We ordered from here last night. Payed over just eat... We waited and waited .... rung them three times. Asking for a refund! Then they were rude, told us they had been (which they hadn't) we also have a dog so would deffinatly not miss it. They told us we will be getting no refund. Don't use these guys !! Rip offs. Rude and unapologetic.... I presume it's because we paid already. Bastards.

Ordered 3 pizzas through just eat, received a text with delivery time for nearly an hour and half after order placed so had to ring. Turned up 10 mins before actual delivery time. Supposed to get cheese feast deep, bolognase deep and thin pepperoni. No pepperoni, 2 cheese 1 bolognase all thin. How on earth did they get it wrong it's there in black and white!!! Charge us £1 for delivery and service charge of 50p. Will not be ordering anything from these again, will certainly be telling all my friend's too

First time ordering from here. Food was piping hot, tasted lovely and was delivered on time. Decent portion size too. Good value for money & would deffo order again 👍

NEVER GO HERE!! this place over charges even though the menu states otherwise. Massively rude staff that have no customer service skills. Food tastes okay nothing special. Always count your change. These guys are theifs and take forever. They will never take the time they state. Sign says under new management but it's the same shitty back homers.

Pls make sure u have right amount of change when u order a delivery. They often don't have enough change to give u back. And they will say tht u will get the money next time....which never comes. Also their service is poor. Can't speak english half the time. And very rude to customers.

Disgusting customer service, take all your money and are so rude. I ordered the food online. After an hour I called to ask when they would delivery, they said I got the wrong takeaway. So I double checked the address, called them again. This time he said they didn't receive my order.

Been a long time coming to write a review for Papa's Gangster Unit :) haha . Only place we order from, feel bad that we deliver and its only around the corner lol!. Amazing Pizza's, hands down the best cheap pizzas in Bradford and great tasting as well. You can not go wrong for 3 pizzas offer for £12! Recommend Peri Peri Chicken Pizza (if your digestive system can handle spicy :) ) Chicken Supreme is nice also. Chicken Tikka with Naan at this joint is awesome, chicken very well seasoned and made.

first we ordered the food the guy couldn't even speak English on the phone i had to repeat myself at least 4-5 times with my order, and then i got my order at least half an hour late and when i finally received my food it was cold and the naans were half cooked, so once i rang to complain the guy over the phone didn't help me other than that he argued back. i would give no stars but the most vile food iv ate ever.
