Pasha Shisha in Bradford

Really decent chill out spot. Comfy seating, really good flavour shisha. Refreshing mojito. Only slight downside was they were playing Womens cricket on TV... should have option for individual TV feeds.

So Iv been coming here on and off for years. This time I came after such a long time. I found that the people at the till have no clue about flavours so they can’t even recommend flavours and when they are recommending it’s just guesswork lol. The atmosphere is live which I like (music can be abit deafening though). Drinks and food is also good - I usually get the pina colada, mocktails and prawn tempura.However, for someone who is coming to a shisha place this will never tick the box. The shisha tastes burnt, I meant at-least you should be able to taste the flavours. I got my shisha changed twice and when I spoke to the manager regarding a refund he initially refused to give this as it had been more then 20 minutes. I then explained in this time we spoke to various staff members but it wasn’t resolved. After asking for the refund policy (which they don’t have) he gave back my money. They wasted our time in the process, me and my friend came for a quick smoke and he was going to head back to london but because of these delays he was delayed.Also forgot to mention when they changed the shisha one staff member said the flavour was already burnt which means it’s either an old shisha they gave which has the burnt shisha flavour. I did mention how can a shisha taste like this when it’s just newly been set up. Lol I can make better shisha at home which is quite embarrassing.I mean it’s not even about money it’s about having a good experience and darling I won’t spend my hard earnt money when they don’t meet my expectations. I won’t be returning unless they fix their shisha - need to better their quality. Maybe they should learn from billions how to run a lounge. Only giving 2 stars for the atmosphere and drinks.

Nice sittings, cosy atmosphere, good customer services

It was our first visit and we fell in love with the place. Shisha was really good, food as well. You feel welcomed and looked after. Definitely will be back👌

The waiting time was over 25minutes, I understand some evenings are busier than others but the cashier could have at-least warned us about the waiting time before taking our cash. Also, the customer service is slow, do staff even communicate with each other? Our order was brought out all separate, our drinks came 30 minutes after our food and then the cutlery came 10 minutes after the food. I feel like the staff dont communicate amongst themselves. What an amazing experience and with great ambience of the Halloween theme! Thoroughly enjoyed the shisha which was amazing and absolutely brilliant staff who gave us great seats and looked after us! Would love to come soon when we near Bradford again

They need to improve on service a little. We ordered food sheesha and drinks. No napkins with food. We have to ask twice. Drinks delivered 15 minutes after food.

Best shisha place I've been to and it beats the Manchester Pasha. The interior of the place is something else, vibrant and makes you relax. The music is spot on because you get Asian songs and also a mixture of old bangers. The shishas are spot on, full of flavour and the service is right up there, the staff are always checking upon you to make sure you're happy. Deffo coming back again

We came over the weekend and we’re pretty disturbed to see two older looking men (early 40’s) one with glasses and one with a curly moustache constantly hovering around our table asking where we are from and what we do for a living. This was very uncomfortable for the 3 of us girls and I do not know why 2 men that look like our dads age were doing this?
