Really nice place, love the layout, Gives you the abroad holiday feel. With lovely soft music in background, this was a first visit and the staff were really friendly and we seated immediately. The menu has lots of variety, we went for the full breakfast, parmesan Bolognese and starters we had the Garlic and cheese breads. All of these were really nice and were hot when served. For drinks we had the hot chocolate and the pearl special milkshake. Was really impressed with the milkshake would recommend. Overall I would recommend a visit and I will be going back. Great work to all.

Me and the Mrs always enjoy coming here. The food is lovely and service on point. The ambience is very chilled out and the pianists is really good, just takes the atmosphere to another level. They have a very diverse menu, something to cater for everyone. We always enjoy going for breakfast, and having the full english with the special hot chocolate, and I add a latte to it lol. We've never really had a bad meal here.So we definitely recommend, well worth a trip...

The full English breakfast never disappoints, definitely recommend :) Everything was perfectly cooked and this will always be my go to place for brunch!

We visited as a family of 5 on a Sunday and I have to say we were all very pleased with the quality of the breakfast here and the atmosphere. It was busy but pleasant with a gentleman playing the piano that was really soothing. The wife said it was possibly the best breakfast she’s had 😬 Another bonus was that they offered NHS discount which saved us little of the bill. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Visited this place with my sisters and was hugely disappointed. I ordered a Victoria sponge, my sister ordered a chocolate fudge cake with custard and my other sister ordered a strawberry tart. The chocolate fudge cake was fine and my sister enjoyed it. The ā€œVictoria Sponge cakeā€ I ordered however was not a Victoria sponge, it was a slice of cake from somewhere like Yaadgaar. I have a had a Victoria sponge from here before and it was delicious, so I instantly saw the difference. I politely informed the lady serving us and she kindly said I’ll get you another slice of cake and asked what I would like, and I asked for a chocolate fudge cake. When she bought the replacement her whole attitude had changed… I’m not sure if the second slice of cake was to be docked from her wages, but she avoided coming to the table again. The strawberry tart was rock hard, my sister tried breaking/bashing it with a spoon but couldn’t break it and just resorted to eating the three strawberries off it. We were absolutely appalled. A member of staff came over to the table and I told her about the tart and she said oh yeah I had one this morning and it was hard too, like that made it all okay. When we went to pay I informed the cashier and he said we wouldn’t have to for the strawberry tart. One bite of the tart is all my sister managed to break off. The manager deducted the price of the tart from the bill and we left.

Average, the customer service was hit and miss. Some staff members excellent and attentive. Others didn’t seem to keen to be working. Food is average, but for the prices you are paying I would say just about cuts it. Desserts I would say are brilliant, would I come again? Not in a rush to do so. Decor is lovely. Some things Slightly make it not such a great experience. For example the cleanliness of tables, lack of customer service and didn’t understand the concept of a mocktail being served in a chemistry measuring glass? I get its ā€œ differentā€ but for the decor and whole theme of pearls just seemed strange overall nice place just a few downsides. Hair on my plate also off putting. I have just read another customer had the same experience.

This has to be one of my favorite places to dine, the customer service is always top notch from Sabrina, Misba, Seher and the rest of the team. You have to try the Mango Blast and the sweet chilli chicken stir fry. This place is an asset to Bradford, and to top it all off there’s an incredible ambiance here.Thank you for the amazing experience. #ExploreWithKash

Pleasantly surprised by this little gem. By the name I tough it just served tea / cakes etc. But there is a wide variety of food available. Staff are fantastic, polite & extremely helpful. Decor is really nice. Food was pleasantly good along with a decent portion size. Be prepared to queue at times as it does get busy. Great family atmosphere, will definitely be visiting again.

Have to say I'm pleasantly surprised by Pearls.I thought this place was going to wow me with aesthetics and disappoint me on food. I was definitely wrong.Pearls has been open for some time now and it's nice to see that they've struck a good balance between presentation and quality. The staff here are welcoming and on-point. The decor in this place is very classy and well kept. The food is nothing amazing but I would say it's definitely good.Overall, well impressed. I recommend their breakfast. On the weekend, try and get in before 11 for instant seating and quick service.

Decor and music was gorgeous! So was the food and my detox drink was so perfectly refreshing- really enjoyed my first trip here... I create small home design things myself so I felt inspired and pleased with the aesthetically appealing decor x
