Pizza Hut in Bradford

Standards have dropped from the last time I visited. The unlimited salad was on a PR campaign on the menu but the salad bar was empty. The service was incredibly slow and desserts were disappointing. We ordered desserts online and after half an hour of waiting we were informed that waiters need to be informed as otherwise the online order is held back. This wasn't made clear on the order confirmation. The pizza was okay but it wasn't an enjoyable evening overall and I probably wont go back.

The food was good and the initial service was adequate, yet after around half an hour as we requested deserts we had ordered, we were told repeatedly that it would be brought out to us, this never happened and with small children who were getting tired, we simply has to leave without food we paid for as otherwise there might have been a meltdown. This could simply have been miscommunication or it being unusually busy or a combination of many things. So it may be an anomaly and sichence still 3 stars. Yet still a let down.

Food was exactly as you would expect. We visited on a Saturday at 5pm told 15 min wait for a table of 2 actually waited 30 mins. Was very busy. They were slow at clearing empty tables which didn’t help and then when called to be seated then a guest distracted the waitress who demanded her order was taken as they had been left for “ages” without anyone coming over. The waitress then Left us stood for 10 mins whilst she sorted the other guest. Not sure why the other guest couldn’t scan the code at the table and order online like I did. Starters and food came out quicker than I expected for a busy Saturday night. Whole restaurant felt hectic. Staff farting around with orders and customers darting round the single unlimited drinks dispenser and the unlimited salad bar. And the I cream factory was not working but the sprinkles section was still open for kids to decorate ice creams which was brought out from kitchen.

Amazing is the only word I can use to describe this place from the food to the service was just fantastic the food was so warm and the melting cheese was lovely and the service omg this lady called Emily was so kind and always made sure we were alright personally I would give her a huge tip and deserves a promotion so to anyone looking to go for a nice meal out this is the place.

We went here on Christmas Eve while in the area and found the full experience a total nightmare to be honest.First of all, the staff we spoke to were all lovely but stressed and the food arrived within a reasonable period and was reasonable to good I guess.However, it was way over crowded and had loads of children running around not always supervised.In a world where we are still having lots of Covid 19 problems, surely to god surely shouldn't the restaurant be showing some common sense with the amount of people it had in there instead of having people almost sat on each other knees.A dreadful experience resulting in us both leaving without ordering a desert which my wife nearly always orders.I have now also tested positive for Covid 19, which although I cannot prove came from Pizza Hut, but knowing how careful we both are, we both very much suspect it came from there and will not be going there again.

Went on Sunday early afternoon, had pre booked a table. Given a table in the corner away from where it was busy which was nice. Shame order needs to be done all online as it was a bit of a faff. Food was decent, love their cookie dough. Will come back again.

Slightly disappointed because they didn't have chips for our toddler. Also I can't see why they can't have the traditional order placed with a waiter giving proper service. I didn't enjoy the app ordering experience.

Pricey tea - half-filled cups. Had to send the teas back to be filled more, I felt pretty embarrassed doing that but it had to be done!!! Took about 40 mins to be served with a footlong cookie dough, way too long. Especially when it wasn't busy at all. Even then, the cookie dough tasted burnt 😔

Went for the buffet with my sister and sister in law and 6 kids..I didn't like how the guy (supervisor i think) pushed us onto the app to order without giving the option to have someone come over after leaving us in the lobby area for " 5 min " was like 15-20.One of the waiters come over in the end and took our order she was polite and helpful also I mentioned there was no spicy chicken to one of the chefs and she brought me a full pizza over which I did fully eat and I thought was nice of her too .Summary beingWaiting staff and chef 5*Man in suit 2*

Always great food, my son has been wanting to come back for over a year and was so happy to finally get back to his favourite place! Service was a little slow but the manager was really attentive and friendly and seemed to have his hand in everything helping wherever he could!
