Sensations "Truly Imaculate @ Moore Avenue" in Bradford

Despite passing a number of takeaways nearer to home to get to this one we keep coming back as this is a really good takeaway. Lovely pizzas with generous toppings, gorgeous donners and husband tells me the curries are great. We've not had them but they also serve desserts. Parking right outside as well. A great takeaway.

Just had my food dropped off now I'm not going to lie it tastes great its some of the best I've had in a long time!!..... But this is not worth the money! I dont know how this "pepperoni loaded chips" is worth £8 but its literally just chips covered with cheese and 8 slices of pepperoni it's not loaded at all trust me if I could post a picture to show you I would.I honestly feel like I've been robbed and I feel like your just paying for the advertisement because the menu looks amazing the way it's laid out but it's like a trick illusion. Not trying to be rude just and honest review. I won't be ordering again.

I ordered 2 calzones and it came here as a pizza and one calzone. I then further discovered that I found a hair in my pizza which is disgraceful to come across. We then rang them up and said our order wrong and he replied rudely that well you said 1 pizza and 1 calzone. Which was incorrect then they said they would be 1 hour to re deliver food. Then the pizza ended up cold and after 2 hours later decided to ring them. I said how long then says he is on his way. 20 minutes later I ring again and ask is it the food not coming? then they say “we are not delivering your food” so we replied as we just paid for the order to be wrong then. He then said we are busy and tried to get us to believe that they are coming but he said the wait would be 2 hours long also asked for a refund and he declined it as he said it was our fault! This is very poor with how they spoke to me and the cleanliness of food. Wouldn’t recommend ordering any food from here and they have no respect or cleanliness within the kitchen!!

I ordered the chicken salad and it was literally a handful of lettuce with plain chicken tenders on top, the keema loaded chips were so oily,half of it was oil and the service was abysmal they forgot the drinks 2 times and one time the drink came leaking.Okay it's been 3 hrs and the Pepsi still hasnt came, this service is acc. Laughable

It is descent food if your needing something to eat but I’m a bit disappointed since I got soggy chips and loads of bbq source in my burger

ordered food with uber, store used own driver and when food didnt arive and i contacted them they pritty much said that its not there problem they sent to food out so just call uber.

Only had 1 bad experience from here. I am hesitant in ordering again though. There was far too much oil in this curry and it made me sick.

Absolutely appalled at both the customer service and the quality of food from this place. Tonight was my first time ordering from here and it will DEFINITELY be my last! My friends and I ordered some food..pizza/burgers etc at 6.45pm, i obviously expected there to be a delay in delivery due to weather conditions but a 2hr wait time is beyond a joke. Then to make matters worse the food was cold, the pizza tasted like it had been sat in the microwave for 2days, the burger looked and tasted like carboard. Absolutely no care or attention was put into the preparation or cooking of this 'food' We rang sensations to complain and the attitude of the staff was absolutely appalling. We were told that we were lucky to get a delivery in the first place and we should be thankful we got food at all! Im absolutely speechless!! How any establishment can speak to their customers like that is beyond me. I am well aware that the weather conditions are causing disruptions but that is no excuse for the abysmal attitude of the staff. If a food establishment is overrun with orders then the logical thing to do would be to decline all orders for delivery until they're able to provide a decent service.

We first ordered when we moved to this area 8 years ago. There was a rude person behind the counter and the food was such that we said we wouldn't order again. We decided to order again thinking it may even be new owners after 8 years but we were bitterly disappointed. We ordered for 4 and all of us couldn't finish our food. They can't even get simple things like chicken and chips right. The worst food we have ever had from a food outlet.The prices are also ridiculous for what you get. Would not recommend to anyone and we won't be ordering ever again.

I ordered from them for the very first and last time to be honest.I ordered biryani and cookie dough. Everything in their menu is overpriced . Biryani was just OK. They don't seem to know the real meaning of biryani . And cookie dough ,,,, ahh disgusting,,,, very hard base and no syrups at all. Plus no taste of ice-cream. Had to throw it away. Waste of money .Never buying again .
