Was once the best place to eat in Bradford not anymore

I ordered a takeaway and although the food was of good quality, the let down was the restaurant took well over an hour to deliver the food and that was when I rang and queried about it. Apart from this I can not complain of the food delivered as it was excellent quality.

Food was cold, arrived late, and burnt onion bhajis, salad bag doused in curry, took them over an hour to prepare a single curry a few chapattis and burnt onion bhaji's. This is the worst service I've ever had from a restaurant.I would not recommend anybody order from this place, unless they want the same service.

I'd ordered some food from here, one curry, a few chapattis and some onion bhajis, took them longer than an hour to prepare the food and the food arrived late. The food arrived cold, and I received a soggy wet salad bag which was full of curry. This is beyond a joke, for a restaurant to take longer than an hour to prepare a single curry and a few chapattis is shambolic.If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I wouldn't recommend anybody to order from here unless you want the same experience as I had.

Sometimes the tandoori roti is excellent; a lot of the times it's thick, tough and chewy

Been coming here for a very long. There’s a reason why they been open for a while. Authentic Pakistani food which tastes very good. Always top service from everyone.

Worst staff and always being rude to customers and their own staff 😡😡!! I recommend everyone NOT to order food from them. That's all I wanna say!!

Lovely food. Nice , quiet place ideal for the family.

Order breakfast, despite placing order over the phone i still had to wait 20mins in shop. There were no customers or phones ringing still service was extremely slow. All 3 cups of desi tea i had to spill away size was shocking small for 1.50 each taste was very unpleasant. You pay same at chai places and enjoy every sip of it and cups are larger and of good quality. Paraata had salt inside, halwa wasnt good. Wont be going back. Their lunch menu might be better.
