Status Fisheries in Bradford

Do not reccomend. Called the takeaway and placed our order in advance, as they have a reputation of taking extremely long and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When we went for pickup expecting our food to be ready 20 minutes later the person at the counter said will be ready in 10 minutes which he said to us over the phone like half an hour ago. Fair enough we could wait. A few men walked in to place their orders in front of us nd he literally began making there orders. We were thinking okay thats our order finally being made but actually he gave it to the 3 guys who came in literally 10 minutes after us!! We were FUMING. Those men literally came in after us their food was done and they walked out before us too :( our lunch break had literally come to an end. By the time they started a new batch of chips to fry for us. Why did theythat? Is it cuz we were women and seemed vulnerable?? Absolutely inconsiderate.

Horrendous!! Fish was discussing! I swear you can get a Tesco fIsh an it would taste better! the Pepsi was the only thing that was good and the donner omg even my cat said No! Was so smelly! How is this place sending food out like this! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE!! Sending food that is on the verge of going off!!Ohh the chutney was nice lol. 😂

Ordered 2 fish butties and and a fish cake buttie and a bottle of coke at 10minutes past 4 got my order at 5 to 6 went in the bin because imy buttiesw were flat cold

Quality is not what is used to be. Chips are nice but battery was stodgy and too greasy. Serviceable food

Even though its 5 stars this place is 10/10 for me I am reminiscent of the old days where on school lunches (6 form at a local school) we used to trot up to Status Fisheries and get a donner kebab or a burger meal or a fish butty. Great people. At one point I was addicted to their fish butty special which was like a huge Fillet O Fish due to the tartar sauce. Highly recommended place good sized portions too!!

This place is usually very good and I would have given it 4 stars had it not been for the last order. They forgot the salad and sauce (no takeaway is the same without the sauces. It completely ruins it). The description on just eat was different to what we got. When we called to let them know there was no apology or explanation. Just rude customer service.

Quality fish and chips and lovely pizzas. Quality of the food is always good. I order from here a lot Only once the food arrived cold, however I called them up and they sent a fresh batch within 20 mins. Customer service is great, deliveries are usually pretty quick.

Totally not recommended. Ordered Pizzas with some Chicken and Chips. The chicken was dark and old, had a smell it and didn't taste great. The pizzas were just as disappointing, the Keema Achar pizza had no Achar what so ever and the margarita was very rubbery. Save your money and disappointment and go to the next available place.
