Food was excellent. One of our mains didn't arrive but turns out my partner forgot to order it. They said they'd have it out asap if we still wanted it (I could have survived on the starters we ordered) and it was there in about 5 minutes (veg stir fry with noodles). Can't fault them at all. I only wish the play area was open for the kids but they're having renovation works at the moment. Can't wait to go back.

Loved bruch with the girls, we haven't stopped talking about it, food was lovely an the drinks just kept flowing.. We had a brilliant time, Reece and his staff made sure our glasses were never empty, even gave us a few cheeky shots.. We enjoyed it that much were going to make it a monthly thing for the girls. Thank you to all at The 6 acres, your amazing x

Very nice and good selection of food from the menu and wondering carvery. Staff very friendly, wide choice of beers and some 0.0% for those drivers...... Would go back but I imagine it gets very busy during peek times. Ours was booked for 7pm on a Sunday and menu service was great.

Took a chance on this place last minuet on a Sunday at 8pm,The greeting staff were lovely the kitchen staff stacked out plates, and the food was and not to be rude (car parked looked a bit ‘tier killy’) at all but a surprising delight will be going back!

Been here today with a party of 14, friendly staff, and clean surroundings food was spot on. A number of the party had the carvery and I had the mixed grill, although nothing to do with the food.....the parking was horrendous (building work going on) we were seated upstairs that was cold.Overall I would recommend The 6 Acres as I couldn't fault the service and food.

The food was phenomenal, The staff are beyond friendly and take the extra mile to help you with any requirements that anyone may have. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an Sunday carvery or any day of the week for that matter. I must say though that take caution when entering and exiting the car park as it's tight.

Went for an evening meal. Plenty of parking on site and easy to find. pleasant atmosphere inside with attentive staff. Had the steak and ale pie which was a superb huge pie absolutely stuffed with steak and nice to be able to taste the ale in the gravy. This was served with home made chips which where a nice change from the usual frozen ones most pubs sell. Could be wrong but I think they were cooked in beef dripping which adds to the flavour and authenticity. If you have any room left would recommend the desert counter, I had a huge chuck of cheesecake which was covered in all kinds of chocolate goodies. Definitely worth a visit

Visited on Sunday as part of a larger booking and was pleasantly surprised. We hadn't been for a fair few years and were expecting a bog standard carvery but that's definitely not what we received. I opted for the carvery and the meat was gorgeous melt in the mouth and such a wide selection of veg. My husband opted for a pie and the rest of the party and mixture of menu and carvery. The pie well wow we were told a 30 min wait as it was fresh pastry and waited a little over that but was definitely worth the wait. My husband who's a hard man to please demolished it. We were told just before mains from the menu were ready so we could go get the carvery and eat together aswell which was a bonus. Staff were lovely and attentive and me and my husband are already planning on visiting again

I recently ate here again with my partner after a previously fantastic experience and was saddened to see them now operating with a revised and VERY limited vegan menu. The carvery looked absolutely fantastic but sadly had no plant based alternative (they have a meat free version, which is okay if you just want a plate of veg) which was made all the more disappointing by the vast amount of oil the Ultimate Vegan Burger contained (deep fried patty served with deep fried onion rings and deep fried chips). The waitress serving us was super friendly and helpful however.

We would like to thank Reece and all his staff for giving us such an amazing wedding meal.We only had small wedding with just ourselves and two friends but we could not have asked for anymore. Our table was all decorated and ready for us in the room beside the bar ... we were left on our own and they kept the public away from us so we could enjoy our day privately...Reece and his staff were so attentive and helpful and so kind.Thank you guys for our amazing meal and looking after us..Love Julie and Steve..xx
