Fantastic landlord great little pub would recommend anyone to go they for a Evening Meal ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great atmosphere, lovely staff, good selection of beers

Looks like a lovely pub but it seems to be poorly managed. COVID guidelines not really being taken notice of. Loud boisterous groups shouting and swearing. Really disappointing and would not recommend.

Not particularly a great experience. Covid guidelines being ignored. And ordering food and drinks was a nightmare. I understand it is the first chance for many to enjoy some freedom from covid. But I personally felt very uncomfortable.

Lovely warm busy public house, good choice of vegetarian food, the tarte was very good. My husband had the fish and chips, he said it was very good. Will return next time we visit Haworth.

Male toilet are discussing. Stinky. Looking like they don't get cleaned. Also seating a round bar are grubby and stained. Defoe needs a refund. Although they do HAVE some good wall paper behind the bar. Lol

I was looking for somewhere to watch today's England game and by chance popped into this pub. Served straight away by a very pleasant lady and ordered a Yorkshire pudding wrap. It arrived just as the match started and the food was great, the football even better. Then England scored and out came one of the friendly barmaids with a sambuca shot for all the customers. 10 mins later the same again, whenever England scored out came the shots and everyone in the pub that wanted got a free shot with every goal. With every goal the cheers got louder and at half time everyone was offered a free chilli. I loved this pub, and being from overseas was made very welcome by staff and locals. Thanks to all the girls and the landlord for an amazing time.

A very nice pub with a really good selection of handpulled local beers . Also plenty to choose from where the bottled beers are concerned . A good buzz during the evening with plenty of people . It's a pity that the food is no longer available as it was apparently very good .

I booked a table for 4 people in November for the Xmas fair menu on boxing day. We arrived an hour early for a drink and noticed the dining room was empty. After our drinks we were shown to our table. Half an hour passed with no service so I went to the bar to ask for the menus. The bar person said she would have to ask the chef who said the menu /food was not available. We left hungry and will not book here again. The one star is for the very apologetic bar staff
