The Real China in Bradford

SHAME ON YOU!!! I only wish I could give zero for this rating, and even then it would be too high. I ordered my food for the first time today from these people, China Chopstix, and it’s definitely my last!! I called them twice to check how much longer it was going to take, the person on the phone told me it was now picked up and on its way. That was the first call. When I waited 15 minutes I called again, I was told the same thing again, which tells me they lied the first time. I waited a further 20 minutes for my food and I wasn’t surprised, because one meal was Luke warm, the other meal had ice-cold chicken with bone-dry noodles. Why do you take peoples money if you can’t provide a service. You people should be totally ashamed. I just hope people will read this and avoid this hideous excuse of a takeaway!! SHAME ON YOU!!!

Just ordered from these lot, honestly don't waste your money. It's the worst food I've ever had. The noodles are like straw and so blimmin dry. The chicken mixed with the noodles was stone cold and totally inedible cause it was so dry, probably had it in the fridge for over a week. Tasteless food. These takeaways need to get their act together and think about customer retention. I'd never go backJust to say I ordered under Rawal chopsticks on Uber. They are trading under various names.

Ordered at 10.30pm. Got a delivery time of 1135-2355pm. Still no show at 0000am. Call restaurant, told it will be 20 mins from then. 0034am still no show, call restaurant, no answer. Try again, no answer. Try AGAIN, finally an answer, load of attitude telling me my food is on its way, told them its not good enough as we were waiting over 2 hours for said food, cancel it, so then more attitude and quote "right so you're wasting my time then bye" and hung up on ME. No pal, you wasted my f-ing time. Appalling service. Pathetic. Don't bother, go for a Maccies instead.

30 minutes late and still not arrived, called to ask about my food, did not give them my address and was barked at “they are two minutes away” and hung up on. Horrible and never again will order

Ordered from here on UberEats under the name The Oriental Halal Bradford. It took nearly 2 hours to arrive, was cold and tasted rancid. The canned drinks had a sort of residue on the top of the can which had to be washed off. The custard was cold, the rice was cold, the chicken was cold, the crispy chicken was not crispy.Terrible restaurant and we will not be ordering againEdit:The Oriental Halal on Ubereats is China Chopstix also Rawal China Chopstix. I would give them 5* just for the humour! 2 lads served me today bubbly as hell! Aqib and Ed I believe most of food was ok but customer care goes a long way! Credit where its due

Never again my brother visited for Christmas and ordered for a late night treat and delivery was late food was cold curry sauce was clumpy fried rice tasted awful prawns were terrible and the soft noodles tasted like salt called up got offered a free meal like a would want to eat there again what a waste of £25 really wish we read these reviews please don't waste your time 🤢

Absolutely appauled to find that the prawn toast and spring rolls contained "a little chicken" after calling them to double check. As a non-meat eater this is absolutely disgusting. The online order system doesn't advise of this. Having to wait an additional hour over and above the stated delivery time seems to be a reoccurring issue of this takeaway. Was advised I would get a call back from management, but still waiting. Waste of money given I could eat part of my order. Was told to contact them if the food wasn't warm enough to eat on arrival but even after contacting, no resolution. Had to reheat to make the food edible.Updated due to owners sarcastic and rude response - pictures added as apparently they the takeaway don't understand their own menu and it would be good if they added a description to the menu items that contained meat. I'm unsure how it can be "beggers belief" that I could have missed the chicken description in the pictures supplied 🤔. Maybe the business should review their menu and take their responsibilities around food more seriously.

Only getting one star as I can't leave zero stars. Ordered twice now an both times two + hours for delivery when told Offered a free meal on the house but refused to give us this one on the house that is stupidly late. Only told a fiver off. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK OR ORDER 2 PLUS HOURS BEFORE YOU WANT YOU FOOD.

We used to shop here weekly but standards have slipped. Tofu curry was pure oil, fried rice was clumpy and not fresh. Spring rolls soggy, egg noodles instead of rice noodles. Chilli garlic tofu was decent though and the delivery from 10 miles away was quick. Will order again when reviews read better.
