Excellent pub. Extremely friendly and efficient staff. The place was buzzing on a Friday evening. Great menu with lots of choices. Clean and tidy environment. Not cheap but good quality food and great service. I would definitely recommend.

100% gorgeous food. There was 8 of us all had something different to eat all of us absolutely enjoyed every single bite. We have already rebooked to come again.

Stunning meal, great staff and you can tell they enjoyed there jobs, me and my wife tried the fish sandwich and cheesy garlic bread this time and it was great. The Chipotle coleslaw was a revelation and worked great with the super crispy fish. This place is a must try if it's a quick lunch or a big meal out we'll worth it. Thank you.

The food was really good, prices ££ portions large to very large and nothing too much trouble for the staff. We had a variety of food from Mexican goujons, pies, beef to fish in a bloomer. Attentive staff made this a very enjoyable experience. There were 8 of us and not one complaint, which is very good. We will be revisiting often.

Amazing find I visited this place twice in one week each time the standards were outstanding the food was 💯% staff 💯% Went with my friend for a Friday lunch because it was so good took my family on the Sunday for Sunday roast outside you think average but once you are through those doors and you taste the amazing food you simply forget outside.It is winter so probably not looking it's best i have eaten in many 5.7 star places including michlin star 🌟 this place takes some beating hats of to the Chef and his staff.👍👍👍

Lovely cozy pub offering top quality meals a cut above the average pub menu at a reasonable price. Professional friendly staff, excellent bar service and clean amenities. Well worth a visit!

So I have just had the steak at the royal. It was the best steak I have ever had. It was cooked to perfection. I would like to compliment the chef and say what a fantastic bit of steak you cooked. The staff are very friendly.

Visited here with my three sisters for an overdue catch up for lunch. Pub not too busy. New and changed menu since our last visit. Prices have increased although still pretty good value. Service was good and staff friendly. We all four enjoyed our lunch. Thank you. I would recommend.😊

I'm currently sat in here. Having had a Christmas dinner which was fabulous and tasty and very filling. Still will be forcing a dessert down . The staff as always are very attentive cuteous and pleasant. The atmosphere is good and we weren't rushed.The 3 course Christmas Dinner well worth the price.
