Tiny portions, had a chip butty with about 10 chips in it, very expensive for what you get and mushy peas were very watery. Waste of money

we were fitting new windows at the vets just below the fish shop today, so apologies for closing the footpathbeing yorkshire born and bred i know a good chippy when i smell one, and this place smelt lovely and cleanso we just had to goservice was fantastic, very helpful ladythe place is spotlessi had a fish butty which i ate on the footpath perfect, lots of fish,batter was spot on, the teacake was a bit dry but a really tasty treat, infact im getting another tommorrowfirst class a good chippy is hard to find with lots of chancers and mother whateverstopclass

By far THE BEST fish and chip shop in Yorkshire!!! Beautiful sweet tasting haddock, crispy batter......Absolutely faultless every time. Used this place for years and never once had reason to fault anything. The shop is also exceptionally clean and well presented. 10/10👌
