Wells Cafe & Bistro in Bradford

Service was poor,the waiters and staff were casual about everything and not even an apology when the food arrived. 9/9 tables didn't have any food on them for Iftaar time. We were given ours over later (bear in mind we ordered 35 minutes before Iftaar).I'd like to say the food was nice and worth the wait but the pizza was average and the steak was dry.The place needs a better extraction system as It was smoky and the smell felt like I was sat in the kitchen. Not impressed.

The food was great. We ordered the bolognese dough balls to start that my partner and I loved.For mains we had a chicken and fish parmigiana. They tasted great and the chips and sauces were brilliant. Overall we were really happy with the food and the service.The only down sides I would say are that the table settings are so close together l, obviously they are trying to make the most of the small space they have but it’s not the most comfortable having to sit so close to other diners.Another thing is that they only accept cash payments. I mean in this day and age there should be more than one option for paying!Would definitely return and recommend. Thanks for the lovely food sopranos!

All the staff of Soprano’s I’d say is very welcoming, we came on a busy day and was told politely by a lady there to leave my number and name and they would call us in half an hour when the table was ready, so we waited in the car until. On the arrival to the restaurant, we were seated right infront of the entrance which wasn’t exactly comfortable so we asked to move places which they helped us with without any hesitation. As the menu was a little hard to understand, the waiters also helped us with that and explained what they really are, again the staff there are really helpful. Only few things needed for improvement or should I say, to their benefit, would be to make the restaurant bigger as it is quite cramped and small inside, another thing which we experienced was the waiting time for the food, which was a good 45 minutes, it was only 4 of us but it is understandable that they were very busy that day. Overall a great experience, will definitely visit if we are near Leeds Road, but the extension for the place is a must!

Food was immpeccable. Me and my husband travelled from birmingham and stopped by this restaurant. The waiters shoaib and shannon made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable. They were both exceptionally hospitable and polite. They recomended we have the parmesean chicken steak which did not dissapoing. Deffinetly a place to dine at. Ambiance was also great.

Great location. Service was exquisite and tasteful meal. Even though I ordered the Angus Steak, what made a significant impression on me was the berry blast premium mocktail. Super spot! Definitely repeating my visit soon.

First time we had gone to sopranos this place was awesome the welcome and atmosphere was co calm and relaxed the staff were awesome so helpful especially Shanon she was ace and totally awesome she helped us through all the menu all the way to the end of our visit and made us feel so relaxed and made the experience awesome. We got the La tropics drink recommended by Shanon defo worth a try. And the chicken steak was so flavoursome and juicy. Would deffo recommend this place to everyone to try. 5 stars to the full team at Sopranos Bradford. Keep the good work up guys.

Excellent experience every time I visit. Customer service is brilliant and the food is quality! Great food, great atmosphere and a regular spot for me and family! Great variety of food too!

First time coming to Supranos and I’ve got nothing bad to say about this place or the workers at all. Every single thing from the food to the decor to the service was on point. For such a picky person, I can’t fault anything. The food was delicious and full of flavour. The waitresses were so friendly and always checking up on us. The place itself was really clean and hygienic. There were so many little details that just make this place better than all other places like giving warm serving plates. Definitely recommend and I hope this restaurant becomes very successful because it truly deserves it.

Lovely dining in experience at sopranos this evening. Portion sizes are well presented. We ordered a burger and meat ball pizza. The decor is fab and welcoming. Only negative would be that the cafe felt quite cramped when it was full with customers. Plus only take cash payments.

This is a sopranos inspired Italian place in Bradford with pictures, quotes and content from the hit series. The menu is halal and full of Italian options including burgers pizza's steaks and pasta. It is different to other Italian places I have tried. I would recommend the steak rather than the chicken steak. The service was good, however they don't take card payments. There isn't much options for children's food. The food is quite over priced for the quality and portion sizes of what you are getting. Unfortunately not much bada bing!
