Staff was friendly, but food was terrible, some items were cold, the hash browns were that hard they snapped when I tried to cut them. The eggs had been under the heat lamp for that long they would bounce off the walls if thrown.

Go here nearly every Wednesday with my friends. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Food is good for the price and lots of choice. I only drink coffee so the refillable cup for 99p is fantastic value. Big place with lots of seating upstairs and downstairs and outside weather permitting.

The Obediah Brooke is as good as any 'spoons in the country, the beers and food are consistently good. The staff in this particular outlet are wonderfully efficient with a friendly attitude. Five star Wetherspoons experience 🏆

I would leave zero. Staff too busy talking to each other as the queue builds up then serve someone who just walked in. Tried to speak to the manager but she just looked blank and said nothing. In a bad time for hospitality you would think they would try to keep customers but no. Quite happy to let 4 customers walk out without ordering. Not likely I'll be back in a hurry.

Cannot fault this place at all, really cheap prices, you can order food and drink to your table.

The good thing about Wetherspoons is that you will certainly get a decent breakfast at a reasonable price on a Sunday morning. This Wetherspoons was no exception. The place was busy and the 5 minute wait at the bar for service was no inconvenience at all. Once I was served my meal arrived quickly and the young man serving could not have been more apologetic about my wait. I enjoyed my visit.

The only problem with Wetherspoons at the moment is people “pre booking” food orders before they walk in - regulars who know the table numbers - and order and then you are expected to move because THEY have food coming to YOUR table

Was looking after 4 of my grandchildren, all boys. My wife and I took them to The Obediah Brooke, a Wetherspoons. Really is an outstanding building, Wetherspoons excel at upgrading their properties. We all had full English breakfast, my two younger grandson's ( 2 & 5 yrs old) had cereal and toast. The staff were exceedingly helpful and efficient . The food was very good, the cost even better. It's just a really top place, clean, efficient and at a fair price. Love the fact you can buy one coffee and have as many as you want. Yes definitely 5 star

Town centre Wetherspoons. A pleasant surprise, it seemed rather inviting on a busy dull main road with a small sun trapped square laid out with new chairs and tables outside. Pub was clean and friendly, fast service by nice staff. Food turned up promptly and was very good. Comfortable place and enjoyable visit.
