Food always delicious but tonight was exceptional, the specials menu is well worth it!

Roast Beef dinner was presented excellently and was cooked perfectly, I would have like to have seen a few more vegetables to accompany the beef and Yorkshire pudding alongside a few roasties.The price I paid for a large Sunday roast, was in my eyes a little steep for what was placed in front of me, although I thoroughly enjoyed every mouthwatering morsel.Not many negatives at all and I would recommend anybody to try this "gastro pub" out.

Brilliant food, good range of beer and lovely service. Great location too. I’m sure they will win lots of awards. We can’t stop ourselves from going back! The main menu is a good range of pub grub but the specials board is very special, that’s where the true gems are found.

The premises could have been warmer, even though it was not busy, service was slow, we were never told about the specials menu, so picked from a poor selection. The food we had was good, but could have been warmer. The beer was very good. Disappointing.

Love this restaurant. Many excellent meals but last one disappointing. Starter brilliant but my lasagne was dry burnt and very salty. Will try again but definitely not lasagne for a while.

We really loved the food, portion sizes just right. A little pricey, but reflected in the quality of food and cooking.Our 2 year old also loved the food and managed to each a good portion of the kids meal

Visited for the first Time 2.1.22 with my 2 sons and the food was outstanding. Lovely cosy pub service impeccable and nobody rushing you to eat and leave. 5 stars is well deserved

Amazing food, beer and service. I can't believe this is a pub, the food is first class. So tasty , good portions and beautiful presented. Services is out of this world. Highly recommended this place to anyone.

Attended with colleagues for dinner, party of 6. Exceptional food. I had Lasagne, Garlic bread and chips. Lasagne is one of my fave foods and this place serves some of the best, I've tasted in my life. So filling, then topped off with a fruit crumble with ice cream and custard. Omdays was truly wonderful and everyone was overjoyed with their food choices. Staff were amazing and attentive. Nice pub, with a homely vibe. No pics of the food but managed to get the phoneout in time for the dessert. 😃

A lovely pub / restaurant, excellent service and reasonable priced meals. Lovely far teaching views and excellent outdoor seating. They do a small plate option and I must say, there is plenty on the plate !. I've had lots of different meals here and never been disappointed. Would definitely recommend.
