22 Bar & Smokehouse in Calderdale

Booked a table for 14. Bearing in mind that we pre booked a day in advance the child's burgers were burnt, adult burgers overcooked. Food reheated. The manager was so arrogant and refused to admit that the food was subpar and only offered a10% discount, only after pressure increasing to a 20% discount on the whole order despite only 3 out of 14 eating their meal. If I could give 0 stars i would. The only saving grace was the serving staff who are lovely. Avoid for food at all costs!!

Drinks were great but food was shocking. Couldn't fault the service and when I spoke to the manager about the food he knocked some money off the bill. Can't day I would go back for food though.

What a lovely lunch. We ordered 6 of the small plates and every one was delicious. Very helpful and friendly manager. We had a wheelchair user with us and he did all he could to accomodate and help us. Will definitely be returning.

Nice beer with a solid platter, only issue that I could give was that the pork belly edges were a little tough.

Came here with my mother. Food was spot on and the beer was great. Was just a bit odd finding the way in from the car park. Make sure to enter from the roadside entrance.

We had some "food". The burgers were dry and had never seen beef , reheated chips tasted days old. If it was cheap i wouldnt have minded but it wasn't. The place was dead and we still waited 40 minutes for the "food" to arrive. As a drinking place ,spot on. But food wise i would avoid.

The catering staff were really helpful, they catered to me and my daughter and we got exactly what we asked for

Decent. Ribs and wings were good. Brisket in a chilli is a bit of a cop out. I can come and show you how to smoke brisket if you want

Lovely food, good service, friendly staff, well worth a visit.
