Aya Sophia Greek & Mediterranean Cuisine in Calderdale

Fab food and attentive service make this a restaurant definitely worthy of a return visit, rather soon me thinks 🤔 😉

Gorgeous food, lovely friendly staff.

Staff are absolutely lovely and could not have been more welcoming. We sat outside as we had our dogs and it’s a beautiful setting.Cocktails are great value for money and are “proper” cocktails, not like some places where it’s all premixed.We didn’t eat on this occasion but looking round at the tables around us it looks fantastic!

This place was excellent. We only bobbed in for some cocktails but there was plenty of room for dinning too. We were treated with the utmost respect and enjoyed our visit.

What a beautiful place. Went here yesterday for a Cocktail (2 for £12) on a Sunday to Thursday. It was perfect. The girl who was serving us was so friendly & nice. She couldn't do enough for people, to try & make them feel comfortable & relaxed. I would highly recommend this place. 10/10. Can't wait to go back again one day soon.

It's been a while since my last visit and I can say the welcome was just as welcome and food just as welcoming. They've added lots of outside enclosed areas, making for more chances to get a table. I went for the Aya Sophia Suprise, you never know what you're going to get, but it was delicious, multi mouthwatering meats, cooked to bring out their taste, lamb shank fall off the bone, sucuk, kebab and lots more. We had free entertainment with a group of 16 going through one bill for two tables, complaining that they needed two bills to settle. Nice to say that it was a pleasure to try their food again.

Food heaven, lovely ambience, indoor or balcony, gazebo, Al- fresco sittings.2 bars, helpful friendly staff. Always happy to accommodate any of your needs if booked or not booked.Well & truely taken care of each time, even though a very busy place.Was setting up a table for 16 in perfect timing our most recent visit.Everyone get's 1st class treatment to a high standard of service & cooking perfection.I would say after 10 years this is my favourite Mediterranean restaurant by far! Can not stop keeping on returning.Many friends testomonies, your friends will have to admit the same...An oasis of fine dining in the heart of West Yorkshire everytime.
