Babar Khan Restaurant in Calderdale

Held a graduation party here for 50 guests. It Was absolutely amazing my sister was so happy they treated her very nicely on the day and made it very special for our family. The food was second to none for a buffet it was amazing and the deserts selection was fabulous. They didn’t skimp out on anything and dealt with our group with such ease and made the whole evening a pleasant one. We will definitely be visiting again for a tava. Thank you to uncle ji and all the staff.

Had the buffet . . . Food was really nice. The staff went above and beyond and were very welcoming.We got carried away chatting not realising how long we had actually been there . Yet the staff didnt try pushing us out or make us feel rushed .Great value for money and a lovely clean environment. Highly recommend

We were there for a Graduation party over the weekend.What a place! Food 10/10 Ambience 10/10 Staff Amazing! all and everyone of them.Humayun stands out only because he prefers to stay in the backdrop, but he was somewhat of a celebrity due to his pleasant demeanour.Owner greeted us with a smile on arrival, (A party of 50) plus kids, at no point did we feel rushed and they were nice enough to let us cut the cake afterwards.Will definitely be going there personally as I feel I may have missed out on the full experience . 😢Keep up the good work guys. It's you that makes the place what it is.!!

Visited babar khans for the first time and defo wont be the last shared a platter with a freind and struggled to finish it betweem us was around £30 with drinks but well worth the money great selection of food 👍🏼

Being generous giving this 2 stars, can't understand why this place is so highly rated. Tasteless bland food, the chicken tikka was the only good item. Curries were poor and the amount of food you get for the price is a joke. Tawa for 2 costs £25!! What a ripOh yeah good luck communicating with the staff, one of the waiters in particular should be wearing a straitjacket.

Good honest food, reasonably priced and situated in a pleasant location. Definitely worth a try!

First thing, no alcohol. Went on a non buffet night, picked from a la carte menu, couldnt do starter or main, had to pick something else, starter was just OK, wings, main was supposed to be a balti, was just a pot of oily chicken with some peppers, garlic nan was like a pizza base, couldnt eat it, paid and left, won't be back !

Brilliant place at Dean Clough Halifax, well packed Tawa plates we ordered. Full of different varieties and food was amazing. Was greeting and looked after really well, even with a mix bag of people with us, it filled everyone's appetite.

Tasty and delicious food with great service and good staff. Worth travelling to this place and trying the yummy tawa special. It would be a good place if you have more people with good appetite.The ambience is good and the slow Indian music playing in the background made me nostalgic and super happy. Can't wait for the buffet to start and it would be our go to place for Indian food.

What a great experience here. Good food and very friendly staff. Loved the idea of a massive plate with all the food on it. The price is also fantastic. And the decor is lovely.
