Excellent home cooked meals. The braised steak is to die for!! Hot and plenty, fabulous service. Always call for lunch when shopping at Riggs!

Lovely staff. Food not great to be honest. All fried! Unfortunately I had food poisoning after my visit. Will not be returning.

First time at the Border Rose today.Sunday roast beef dinner was delicious. Beef was lean and tender and the gravy was lovely, vegetables were cooked just right. Served piping hot and with a smile.Fresh cream trifle to follow for dessert.There is no doubt that we will certainly be back and on a regular basis.. Thank you ☺

Had a beautiful meal here today, sirloin steak was cooked to perfection, hubby had the cheese and onion pie with chips and beans, he was in heaven. Service was 5* from ordering our drinks to leaving the pub. Thankyou Nancy and Barry for such a great welcome 😀

Food was delicious as always. Been here many times and never had a bad experience. Always nice and the Mixed grill is absolutely delicious. Worth the visit if your in the area.

Well worth a stop if you're in the area. Reasonably priced good food and friendly atmosphere.
