Cat I' the Well Pub in Calderdale

Excellent meal this evening, pan seared sea bass, crushed new potatoes and asparagus with wilted spinach. Beautifully cooked with fabulous flavours. Very friendly and efficient bar staff, we will definitely go again very soon.

This is a real gem. The sort of pub you only find from recommendation. They have an award from Timothy Taylor's for the way they look after their beer - and it is well deserved. There is also a gorgeous blonde pulling the pints. What's not to like?

Just sat in garden and drinks from a hatch. Beautiful view and plenty of space in the garden. Narrow lanes to get there and quite tight parking spaces.

Just called down on the off chance after walk to Wainstalls. Haven't been here in ages. Cracking pint of Boltmaker - like before. Sat in the extensive Beer Garden. 10/10.
