Lovely food, fresh and tasty. Good hot chocolate and nice cakes selection

Popped in on a wet miserable day. Its cosy and warm. I had minestrone soup which was delicious. The coffee was hot and smooth.Staff were very friendly. Would def return. Thanks guys.

Nice 'menu'. Sat and listening to a busker playing some relaxing blues. Life don't get much better. 😎

The staff are very friendly. The coffee was very balanced & well-extracted (no sourness at all), which is very hard to come by these days. Highly recommend.

Love this place. The staff are always friendly and the if you want to relax and take 5 in Hebden then this is the place. Clean, great atmosphere, outside in summer is fantastic to watch the world go by.

Visited on the Wednesday between Christmas and New Year.Located in the centre of town on the pedestrian area, at the side of the river. Has a cottagey feel with a small number of tables as you enter and steep narrow stairs leading to a few more tables and the toilet. From upstairs there are views of the bridge, river and a seating area.We ordered lattes, a cappuccino and a hot chocolate with all the trimmings. The lattes were piping hot but the other 2 drinks were only warm. Our paninnies and toasted sandwiches were quite nice, I think the latter being made from a bloomer.Our only complaint relates to a group of young local girls and 1 boy (but he didn't say very much), who took up a table well after they had finished their drinks, to discuss very noisily and with extremely choice language, a variety of subjects. Luckily we had no children with us. On leaving one of our group mentioned to the waitress that it had been a bit off-putting. She replied that the staff downstairs had been able to hear them but there was nothing they (the staff) could do. Sorry, they should have been told to either stop swearing or leave. That spoilt a quite nice lunch and left us with a poor impression of the cafe and some of the girls of the town, hence my only giving 3 stars

Stopped here on a busy day while cycling in the area. Spotted a spare table and another customer helpfully told me they have bike racks around the back. Perfect 😁. Had a nice coffee and sausage sandwich. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return.

Great coffee, nice toasted fruit tea cakes. Friendly staff. Excellent Covid protocols in place. Spring sunshine. Hebden at its best.

Had a takeout and sat outside at this café. Wonderful location and really nice flat white. Had the chai steamer which was lovely. Staff brought the drinks to you when it's ready. Orderly system and non chaotic for Saturday.
