Coffee Culture In The Park in Calderdale

Came here today this bank holiday with high high expectations but left feeling disappointed and overall quite annoyed. £21 for 2 bacon and cheese paninis a bowl of chips that weren’t even cooked and a kids meal that was average. The overall experience wasn’t great and I certainly won’t be rushing back anytime soon. You’re much better getting a takeaway tea or coffee and and sitting outside with an ice cream.

Nice place but expensive.As an aside tge coleslaw seems to be predominantly red onion and mayo. Can it be tweaked please!

Waiting 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches then for them to bring the wrong order out! Don’t bother going here staff have no idea what they are doing or where tables are as they said they couldn’t find the table even though it was given when order was place? Staff need training the manager with copper hair had no interest about me complaining so not the best example of a manager clearly also needs training on customer service and direction and just generally not being absolute tools shame shibden park is lovely to visit just only go here for ice cream and sandwiches are to much of a ask !

Lovely café. Nice environment, good choice of food. Helpful friendly staff. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Food is very good quality and very tasty and lots of choice.

We had cake and coffee, and as always staff eager to please.A bit disappointed as no food due to closing early as trade slow. But still cakes did the trick

We visted this cafe today for the first time after a long walk around the park.The food looks likes its microwaved it's tasteless, my wife has a allergy to raw tomatoes it brings her mouth out in blisters she told the girl that took the order and she repeated it the food came with raw tomatoes on the plate and my wife chicken was raw in the centre so we'll be avoiding this place from now on.I took picture's of the chicken but can't post them on here.

We had an excellent Birthday full English breakfast for my Husband's Birthday, everything was spot on, not greasy at all. Great coffee and the staff were very friendly too. It was clean and well organised. We went for a lovely walk afterwards, a great spot and we'd definitely return if we visit the area again in the future.

Lovely setting, in the park before or after you visit, The main attraction, it was a wonderful day, sitting outside enjoying the sun and having some lunch and a coffee.Really enjoyable.
