Well what can I say? Oh my. I think I had the nicest cake I've ever had ... and two slices, what a bonus. Apricot tea bread. Lush. And lovely staff. What's not to like?

Popped in for tea and a cake. Very dog friendly and the apricot tea bread was out of this world! Very reasonable price. Thank you.

Lovely food and friendly service, relaxed seating in a lovely area with great views. Value for money. 😃

·

Excellent produce & butchers counter. Very helpful staff.great shop and cafe (breakfast was lovely)

The outside area is not accessible due to the gravel/stones that have been used to surround the seating area- a wheelchair is a non-starter as it would get bogged down. So we had to sit on a separate area which meant we were only allowed take away. And then were not allowed two paper cups to split a can of drink between the children as they "cost a lot of money" ... Eventually negotiated two glasses that we promised to return. It's a great place and hope these comments are of use as we want to return. .

Friendly staff and good food a ta reasonable price. I had the all day breakfast which was lovely - I especially enjoyed the bacon which was lovely and crispy.Outside seating area is nice with quite a large covered area and amazing views over to Stoodley Pike.

Today my wife and I visited this lovely farm shop. It is a glorious day so we sat outside. The order taken, we were surprised to be served the drinks (including a pot of tea) very quickly. Unfortunately not so the meal. It arrived some 20 minutes later and as you would expect the tea had gone cold. Upon pointing this out to the member staff bringing the food she said "you can order the drinks to come at the same time as the meal, you didn't, perhaps you will next time." I asked for some hot water. She took the tea and returned it shortly afterwards. It was stone cold. I went in to purchase a fresh pot and a more considerate member of staff apologised and replaced the cold tea free of charge. The food was good, plentiful and good value for money, shame about one member of staff, it cost Craggies my fifth star, well done to the rest of the staff.

Had fantastic lunch, food brilliant, service was so helpful and friendly, premises amazingly clean. Had home made pork pies with mushy peas and home made mint sauce. Friends had home made fish goujons, sausage sandwich, also fresh made, good quality, lovely. On premises of brewery, so some machinery in front of lovely view of moors Great stopping point on fab walk.

Friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. Attentive and prompt service.Dog friendly outdoor seating.Tasty hot drinks. We came for the All Day breakfast (a bit cheeky that the vegetarian plate is the same price as one with bacon, sausages and black pudding) Furthermore, they had run out of veggie sausages.Decent portions though and deliciously cooked.

Farm shop selling gifts. Cafe has hot and cold food, soft drinks and beer from the micro brewery next-door. Great stop off for cyclists doing the Cragg.
