Dario's in Calderdale

Used to be great, but not now. Ordered a burger and a chicken kebab which took 1hr 30mins to come, the burger was ordered with no salad or sauce due to ALLERGY, this turned up wrong and then took 25 mins for the burger to turn up, then the driver asked for the other burger to take back! Hopefully it went in the bin!

Moved away from Sowerby Bridge a few years ago so don't get to have one that often but tonight was the best ever. Lamb shish was amazing, garlic bread with cheese and calzone, unreal.

Website doesn't take any card details; refreshed browser and cookies. Tried again, nothing. Called shop to order, all fine, but won't take card payment over the phone! Will update review when/if I use again in the future...

2 times I've tried this place. I gave them the benefit of doubt, and ordered again, both times food was over 2 hours, and arrived cold and soggy. Driver tried blaming snow when it had only just started when ge got there haha. Had to argue and threaten to get my refund.

Ordered 1 pizza n chips and chicken nuggets with chips. Been waiting well over 1 hr now even though the countdown was on 0 at 6.45pm its now 7.15 and after 4 times ringing the place I was told its out for delivery, rang back 15mins later and was told. I'm not sure what's happened your order isn't out for delivery still. WHAT THE HELL!! Won't be ordering from here again absolute joke. Only got a sorry, no money back or anything. Its a Monday night! Not even like a weekend for that excuse.

The original and the best. Delivery is more often than not late however if you choose to collect you will not be disappointed. Excellent Pizza. Been going here for years!!!

I love Dario’s, particular their Shish kebab and was really disappointed when they sent me a donner version instead. It certainly wasn’t as nice as my regular meal. However 5 star service in the fact the called me to apologise explaining they had ran out of shish at the time of order and offered to send out a free replacement.Relief that they’ve not replaced the Shish and so nice that they care about their customers to call them. Top marks.

Awfull food and service. Took over two hours to come. Which was fine, but it was clock cold and burnt. Spent £40 and wouldn’t refund the value unless we returned the food intact. Given we had waited over two hours with four hungry kids that was not an option. Girl in shop was lovely but the owner wasn’t.

Decent pizza to have whilst watching football. Went for the Quattro formaggio; Cheese was nice and tangy and base was ok but would have preferred base to be slightly more fermented and be more light fluffy and Airy. Ordered over phone for collection and paid contactless when collected. Customer service was exceptional. Decent pizza joint and not too pricey ❤️
