Glen View Inn in Calderdale

When I first went here approx 4 months ago I was so pleased with the service and food. My visit a few days ago wasn't that good I orders the lamb overcooked not a good taste veg under cooked roast potatoes are now frozen.

Really friendly staff with great service. Food is amazing with great portion sizes.

The food and service are incredible. We went back recently after not being there for over a couple of years and the food and service made me question why we hadn't been for so long.My wife and I love this place 👌👍

Love this place and it never disappoints. Mixed grill looked good but my son only let me try the black pudding. The chicken and King prawns in garlic was just as I remember it. Chicken not dry, kudos to the chef. Met a lovely local chap who is due to receive a Doberman puppy so good luck as I'd two. Would recommend. Limited parking but I'm sure you could find a spot nearby.

The pub itself needs a face-lift, BUT the food cannot be faulted a mixed grill was ordered along with roast beef dinner. When it came it was amazing, the mixed grill was not only massive but beautifully cooked and red hot, the roast beef dinner was according to my better half "the best meal I've had in ages". And the prices are really good value as well. BRILLIANT little place our first visit but not our last.
