Fixed my brakes in a flash. And they work a treat now. Also really helpful and they love bikes and helping customers and it’s a charity.

Super knowledgable and friendly bunch. Enthusiastic about all things bike.Got some lovely old frames in perfect for old bike nerds.

I can not recommend Happy Days Cycles enough, friendly, personable and brilliant at fixing bikes! I live in London and was told by two local bike shops that they wouldn't touch my bike because it required a specialist. I came up north, phoned Happy Days Cycles and they said bring it down. 30 minutes later, after a great chat with the manager Jonny a little pat of their friendly beagle Chester, Dieter had worked his magic and my 40 year old Dahon fold up, was fixed and ready to ride! These guys are terrific and the fact that they're raising money for homeless made the whole experience perfect. Thanks again guys, l can't wait to get back up north!

I bought a used bike for a reasonable price. Very good service. Rebuild the wheel and running very nicely. Staff all very interested and keen to do a good job on it. Many thanks, this is probably the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden 😁

Usually a good place to go. However, charged me £15 to true a wheel last time I was in. Also adjusted my brakes wrongly WITHOUT me asking them to touch them. £15 is slightly much don't you think guys?. Halfords from now on. Also, weird attitude developing in this shop.

Massive thank you to the team today. Took a frame and wheels in. And few hours later my son has a new jump bike which he loves. Fantastic service and very reasonable on price. Would highly recommend using there services for bike and to buy new or second hand bikes .

Popped in to get an annoying indexing looked at quickly and the guys couldn't have been more helpful - they got me sorted out (1.1mm cable not a 1.2, would've taken me ages to work out myself) - plus did some other bits whilst they were there just cos they could I think. really friendly ace shop. Loads of cool bikes in there too. I'll be popping in next time I need something sorting out or need some bits or bobs :)

I can pretty much disassemble/reassemble my bike myself, but occasionally I’m stumped. I was recently baffled by an annoying creaking noise when pedalling. Took the racing machine to Happy Days, who spent some time with me testing out where the noise was coming from - none of the obvious stuff. Eventually turned out to be the free-hub rubbing on part of the rear disk-brake when under load, which I would never have spotted. Great detective work. The guys in the shop are really friendly too, as well as knowing their stuff. Five stars from me!

You will not find a better bike shop!We looked at a couple of different bike shops, including some of the big names, until we heard about Happy Days Cycles. Absolutely amazing service from Johnny and his team - much better than any other shop we tried. We were first time bike buyers and he gave us lots of information about the bikes, and gave us a little lesson in the mechanics of them. Bought two very good quality bikes for a great price, including a free bike service in a few weeks! Cannot recommend enough for anybody wanting a pre-loved or brand new bike, bike service, or any parts or equipment.

I've just had a few jobs done here on both of my road bikes, and am impressed. New bottom bracket, disc brake service, and truing up a back wheel - all turned around with minimal fuss and complication, with honest advice and pricing. The new guys are friendly and skilled mechanics. This is now a proper local bike shop!Paul
