We went in last week. Everything started well, we were offered olives & salad on the house as the food would take 30 mins to be ready. Waiters were very nice (one guy & a new girl) They also offered me buffalo mozarella for free as I asked for a few things off my original pizza. When the bill came - we were overcharged by Ā£9. They charged us for olives, salad & buffalo mozarella. When asked for a refund, the manager (I think it was) was extremely rude. She wasnāt sorry but instead said I was wrong and will give me dessert instead. The lady was absolutely horrible and rude towards my friend and I, she kept shaking her head that we were asking for our Ā£9 and pulled faces. I even had to go to the extent of explaining to her that being overcharged Ā£9 is really bad considering I had already made the payment and only realised afterwards. After continuous discussion of telling her the restaurant is in the wrong she finally pulled out 2 forms abruptly and said if you want your refund back fill in these two forms and it will take over 12 days to be refunded. I have never had such a bad experience from any restaurant when they are in the wrong. The female employee kept asking who took my order which indicated that they would get into trouble too. Iāve been to loads of restaurants around the world but have never had anything like this, I need to wait 12 days for money the restaurant owes me too which is pathetic. If I knew I would have gone through all this struggle I would have never even stepped in the restaurant.

Food is made quickly and service is great. Affordable compared to other pizzerias across central London with a good variety of food items - not too much but not too little. Pizza dough did get a bit soggy and start to lose its integrity by the time I got served, but it tasted good nonetheless.

We went there on a Thursday night and immediately got a table (for two). We ordered drinks, starters, and a pizza each. While we got our drinks and olives quite fast, we waited more than half an hour for the aubergine parmigiana (or our main courses) and received it only after asking a waiter where our food was. The aubergine parmigiana was not worth the wait; the cheese on top was burnt, and some of the slices were cold. Then, we waited another 20 minutes for our pizza (#2 and the vegetarian special). The pizzas were ok but nothing special. It was not that they were generally too busy; both tables next to us came after and had already eaten and left when we received our main courses. I only give two stars because you can easily substitute the cheese for a vegan option and because the pizza was decent.

Amazing pizza. Really enjoyed that part. Only let down was the staff. Someone literally threw my friends insulin pen out of the way so she could put the pizza down. When I explained what it was and that they were quite sensitive, she got arsey. Oh well, the youth of today eh! š¤¦

The starters we had were lovely (garlic bread and sausage) so we were expecting great pizzas. Unfortunately, it took a long time for the pizzas to arrive ( a lot of takeaway orders?) Which were quite overcooked and lacked cheese. Desserts were lovely though.

One of the staff has a proper attitude problem. The other staff seems great this girl on the till at 21:10 hasnāt spoken a word when I came to collect my pizza. Shame really as rest of the staff seem friendly. Had to speak to another member who was a lot more helpful.

We came here in April and it was sunny enough to sit outside which was a bonus. The service was quick and efficient and our pizzas were well cooked and tasty. We had the meat special which had sausage, pepper and mozzerella, and the other pizza had potato, pesto, mozzarella, and stilton.

Vegan pizza was incredible! The crust was so soft and fluffy! Sadly they didnāt have ketchup but thatās personal preference. I would 100% recommend the place and very affordable too!
