Best around been using this takeaway since was a kid and had bad meal

Dec 2019: Moved back to the area and so pleased to find this on my doorstep. Great food, friendly service and good value for money so far. Could be 5 stars in a few months from me.May 2022 update: Treat myself to a meal here now and again. Prices recently went up which deterred a few folk but it's around the first substantial hike in years so noticeable because of that. Still value for money and cheaper than most. Favourite meals for me are the special curry and also have a nice piece of battered fish with soft noodles upon occasion.They don't do delivery and I can see why with the amount of footfall gracing the premises. Can only imagine the hassle that delivery creates and extra workload. I prefer to order direct rather than face potential disappointment that I often get when I have used delivery services.I have included updated pictures and was blown away with over 100k views of the last ones I put up! All are correct as of May 2022.

Probably the worst Chinese I ever ate the guy said ten minutes and my chicken balls tasted like they had been microwaved from last night and it cost 20 pounds for what I would describe as dry and chewy won't eat here ever again

Great local Chinese and good value for the money! However, they don’t do salt and pepper chips, but do sell fish and chips.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of the best Chinese ever, its not full of grease like some are, it's full of flavor, my favourite dish is the sweet and sour chicken balls (with rice), proper nice that is. Always busy as well, so that's a great sign. Keep up the good work guys. 👍

The food here will be the cause of the next national pandemic so dont be binning them masks yet people!!Quality of food = 0Menu is very basicFood order was ready nearly instantly!?!?Ordered s&p spare ribs which came as 1" chunch of crusty bones with next to zero meat.Singapore chow mein came with large thick noodles instead of vermicelli, dryer than a bag of sand and no contents like beansprouts, meat or even any moisture. Had to drink fotty thousand gallons of water to counter act the dehydration from just looking at this dish. 1st time using this takeaway and wish i never even bothered. Place needs a danger to life sign at the entrance, eat here at your own risk.UPDATE!!! i found some pork!!!! Shame it tastes like its rotton!!!!

Very good food the best Chinese takeaway in Halifax by far, ive been going there for years and won't go anywhere else, lovely and friendly people always give you a friendly welcome. Very good price too.

1970s this as been here since and I have grown old with them x best Chinese food I have had also fish and chips are the best ....thanks to you..
