Great Chippy, probably the best in the area. If you haven't been then try it and also get some Irish curry sauce....you won't be disappointed!!!!

Love the staff and the fish & chips are the best. Go there often and they always remember us. Highly recommend stoping in and getting your fish & chips fix here. You'll never want to go anywhere else again!

Nice fish and chip shop, ideally located on the moor, good menu to choose from, plenty of seating in and out, would have given 5 stars but prices just a tad heavy compared to other chip shops locally like king cross fisheries (not mother Hubbard's which is awful), would recommend this place still.

Great Fish and Chips, though no options on type of fish. They had other options which was good.

We decided, being in the area, that we would dine in with fish and chips. This was a good decision, the quality was very good and we were welcomed by friendly staff, who served us with a lovely lunch. Their excellent reputation is well deserved.

Very popular and there was a fairly lengthy queue when we arrived. The wait wasn't too long and the battered haddock was delicious. We took advantage of the outdoor seating. A pleasant all round experience.

Coming from Bournemouth where they have no idea how to cook fish and chips. These were superb. Light thin batter, not uncooked and soggy. Meaty big flakes of haddock. Chips were great. Prices fine, cheap compared to the south coast. Portion size fine. Haven't enjoyed F and Cs as much for many many years. Be proud and happy of what you have on your doorstep!

Had fish and chips with peas. The staff there were very polite and the food was great. The portions were a good size and very filling. One thing that I was impressed with was that food was swimming in greasy.Have a cam of dandelion and burdock to wash it all down with was great.It was easy to park. There is always space on the main road and just a very short walk to go and get your food. There's also a small dinning area of you wish to eat in

Tasted nice BUT portion size for the price was disappointing.... honestly thought I'd been given a kids meal£5.00 for a fish butty with probably 10 chips on it. .. not sure if it was cod or gold?

The staff are very friendly and I've been coming back every week, I tried a fish and it was done perfect and the chips are always fresh and tasty. I often get curry and chips and they're very delicious. I recommend 👌
