Amazing! Freshly made food and plenty of it! Wonderful host and hostess (who is also the chef!)... A lovely dining experience! X

One of the best thai restaurants I have been in. Amazing service with a family feel. After driving from the south for five hours, Parjaree's was recommended to us. The owner did not disappoint us. All food freshly cooked, with much passion. I would highly recommend this place who is looking for good food, down to earth service and amazing vibe. Will definitely visit again if I am ever in Halifax again.

Fantastic Thai food. It's a small place and Pajaree makes you feel welcome. She chats to you if she has the time. It felt like we'd gone round to a family members house for a fantastic authentic meal. It may not be a fancy restaurant but it's not what's on the outside that counts. Tip - book ahead.Looking forward to visiting again.

Fantastically tasty food, authentically Thai. Pajaree herself cooks and will make to suit your taste. She also likes to banter with her customers 😆.

The best Thai food I have ever eaten! We booked I'm advance to make sure she would open for us. Paj is an amazing character who cares more about making sure her food is tasty than her profit margins. I would recommend Pajaree's to anyone who loves traditional flavours, a warm atmosphere at the best value for money you will find.

How can a place like that get glorifying reviews here or on tripadvisor? They must be for another place. The place (I can't bring myself to call it a restaurant) received a 0 rating from the food standards agency a year ago and from my recent visit things must have gone worse since. The 'food' is inedible overpriced rubbish served by a miserable and rude owner.Avoid at all cost unless microwaved 'stuff' served by an unfriendly person in a dump is your idea of fine dining

Supposedly the 5th best restaurant in Halifax. The government hygiene website gave it a zero rating in October 2020: "Urgent improvement necessary".I wished I had checked the hygiene rating before visiting because it was an abysmal experience from the beginnig to end: awful food and rude service.I phoned to make a reservation, but the owner asked me to text her the reservation; surely a table for table for two at 6:30 would be easy enough to remember? When we turned up the owner didn't bother to ask if we had reserved. The place had zero ambiance and resembled a storage cupboard. No music apart from the constant ping of the microwave and the owner muttering to herself complaining that she had not wanted to open and would rather be in bed or in Thailand. The menu was extensive and I wondered how such a small place with a handful of customers could provide such food freshly cooked. The sound of the microwave answered my query. The photos of the food online bear little resemblance to the stale muck served us.The starters were vile: greasy, tastless and rubbery fishcakes and dry bits of chicken. Papaya salad was limp and tasteless with no papaya. Not a hint of coriander or lemon grass. The duck main was bland and bore no resemblance to Thai dishes I've had elsewhere. At least the steamed rice was ok.The tiniest paper napkins provided were not replaced when dirty ones had been taken away. The charmless host sank to new levels at settling the bill time. She rudely accused me of taking her copy of the bill when i simply pocketed the bill that was in the faux leather wallet. When my companion made a light-hearted comment to try to melt her cheesed-off looking scowl she shouted, "Don't come back!". Charming! when we had spent £46 on slop.I had been so looking forward to this meal, especially having read the glowing reviews online. This is by far the worst Thai meal I've ever had in the UK. The only redeeming factor was that we followed her suggestion not to have the other main we had ordered because she thought we had ordered plenty. Phew!

A small, humble Thai restaurant with a unique charm thanks to the characterful lady who runs the show. This isn’t a fancy restaurant, so don’t expect high end service or décor. However, if you’re looking for some excellent value, delicious Thai food, served in hearty portions – this is the place to go!

Food was superb, boasting authentic flavours.Lovely decor and real flowers on each table.Fills up and gets busy really quick, not surprising. If I was local to the area I would be going often, then again I would travel purely to eat there.

The best Thai restaurant in the UKI’ve tried many different Thai restaurants in the UK. Pajaree’s is by far the best and most authentic Thai restaurant in the UK. Everything is amazing and freshly cooked especially the prawn crackers dipped with homemade sauce. Strongly recommend the traditional Thailand soup: Dong Yum Gong, which is highly popular in Asia. Fried rice is also my favorite. I love this Thailand so much that I hope I can come every day:))) It’s just so delicious, healthy and fresh.
