Good food, cheerful staff, but they keep calling me sir which I find particularly rude.

Would not recommend… seen 2 rats running through kitchen and they didn’t care, they acted like it was normal! 🤮🤢

Looks like it's been taken over and going through a refit internally. Staff friendly quick service. Pizza and kabab taste good price in line with others in the area. On street parking on Waterloo rd or garden rd .

I walked in earlier tonight and ordered a small donner meat and chips, with the hottest chilli sauce they could provide me. I made it quite clear that if the chilli sauce was in any way tepid then I would rather cut my losses and go to another establishment. Having been assured of its potency, I paid my money, recieved my (admittedly generously sized portion) and headed for home.To cut a long story short, having made such a big deal about chilli sauce, they lied blatantly straight to my face. I have tasted spicier sauce from a McDonalds dispenser! The chips were soggy and the donner meat tastes like it came frozen in a bag from Jack Fulton’s.Furthermore, To say I was very clear in specifying ‘no onions’ I could probably piece together at least 2 from the amount they provided me.The chap serving me was surly faced and 80% rude, and there were 2x4’s all over the shop floor like they were in the process of having some (much needed) work done.I’ve heard that the pizzas are somewhat above average from my friends, but they’d need to be because the rest of the experience is utterly woeful.

Amazing pizzas! Home made bases topped with fresh piping hot toppings, not shy on the amount of toppings either. Bought from here twice recently .. deffo will be returning

Been going for ages, went to take a pizza back today that came with onions and peppers on when we asked for this to not happen, for them to offer to 'pluck them off' instead of making a new one, too add to this, the other pizza we got was literally dripping with grease, will never go back after today, appaling

Offhand service. Completely ignored whilst telephone orders were taken and rest of the staff stand around chatting. And then I get home to find I've been given the wrong burger. If the guy who took my order had shown even the remotest interest in me as a customer I wonder if I'd have got what I actually ordered? Rubbish service. Will not be using again. There are plenty of other places in Brighouse so I would recommend spending your money somewhere that the staff actually give a toss. This shower of idiots don't.

Quite nice pizza but ditto last comment, depends who you get serving you but some are very very arrogant. Strangely rude attitude when serving customers. Not sure why!? Pizzas are nice though. I recommend getting delivery rather than picking up as an obnoxious drunks tend to end up there even though it's not in the centre of town.

Absolutely appalled.The young lad behind counter had the most disgusting attitude towards my daughter and her friend when they went to get a pizza. She was sexually threatened by the young lad I have never been so upset with a takeaway and after we threatened to call the police we were no longer aloud to order from our local takeaway. Disgusted isn't the word.
