Pizza Hut UK Ltd in Calderdale

Pizza was nice, took a very long time to come but the house was in a hard to find place I’ll admit, I worst part was that when the pizza app said it was here I called pizza hit delivery to ask how long. And the guy on the phone answered saying “who’s this” not even “hello Pizza Hut” so I asked multiple times if it has actually Pizza Hut, basically guy was bare rude but good pizza

Enjoyed our visit to Pizza Hut. Decided to have to buffet. Lots of pizza's to choose from and a large selection at the salad bar. Some times the pizza dishes were empty but not for long as freshly cooked pizza's were being brought out all the time. My only criticism is that the pizza's were not labelled so not always sure what pizza's were available.

Just want to say a big Thankyou to KAMMY. What an amazing fella. A true asset to the company. I ordered 2 pizzas and no fault of pizza hut they went AWOL with the deliveroo driver. I waited ages and they eventually turned up ice cold. I called pizza hut and KAMMY apologised immediately (even though it was not his fault) and got some hot pizzas prepared and personally delivered them to us. God bless you, you are a true Legend 🙂

If I could give less than 1 star, trust me I would. We ordered a couple of pizzas & sides last night. The order was accepted quick enough, and after a long day at work, the wife was looking at the updates on the app. About half an hour passed by, and the status was updated to ‘boxing/packaging your food’ or something along those lines, and this is where the problems began. It remained on that status for 40 minutes, so we called the restaurant to see if there was a delay/issue - the line connected but we were hung up on straight away. 20 calls later with exactly the same outcome, the store answering and then putting the phone down straight away. An hour and 40 minutes after placing the initial order (the app had said the food was being packaged for over an hour at this point) we get a knock on the door. The driver was friendly enough, and knowing it wasn’t any fault of his own I didn’t mention the issues to him, because realistically, what was he suppose to do? We open the food to find it stone cold (not like warm, literally cold, with the grease congealed between the pizza and the box). We called the store once again (the 23rd phone call we had made to the place that evening) and the manager answered. We told him about the issues, and that the food was flat cold, his response was “what do you want me to do about it?”.. this made me see red. He admitted in the phone call that he had no idea about food hygiene or any form of food safety, and it was up to us if we wanted to eat there again, saying that “he wouldn’t lose any sleep over us not ordering from them again”. All I can say is that this is a joke of a business, and if any executives from head office read this - I highly suggest you take a look at the management structure in place here before your brand reputation is tarnished.

Went last night. 1/8/21 I ordered a deal which was 2 large pizza. And 2 side an ice cream. And a bottle of Pepsi. Cost 25 pounds. Anyway. I got home. And ready to eat the pizza 🍕. It was Absolutely disgusting. Never had a pizza taste so bad in my life..Absolutely horrible. Was half burnt. The other half was thick..and I ordered. Thin base. So PIZZA HUT NEVER USED AGAIN.. I WILL GO TO DOMINO'S.

Family outing the most stressful thing iv done in a while, the menu half printed crazy, QR code didnt work the order process online does not work we trialed it in tgi.s and it does not work.especialy.when your ordering for 3 children, and no cash payments ?? What a pain in the back side sort it out pizza hut very disapointing

What a terrible service and product. Ordered cookie dough for my children in Halifax. They all came burnt and were not fit for consumption. Unfortunately we ended up throwing them away and had very upset children to deal with.

Ordered pizza for collection! When I got home too my shock the pizza was undercooked and the topping looked like they was thrown on top off the pizza without cooking! The base was soggy and undercooked! Rang the store spoke to manager who has an answer for everything! He tried telling me that nothing was wrong with my pizza! This is the worst Pizza Hut in the UK! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Well this Pizza Hut is far the worst place that I had to deal with, the manager is unprofessional and making things up so he doesn’t need to take any responsibilities to the service they deliver. We had 3 separate times that had problems with the order. 1st they delivered the wrong order, second time the pizzas were all squashed and also the wrong order. The 3rd time was the best when we were waiting for over 1,5hours and called to see where the pizzas were and they said they already delivered it and they can’t help..... this time we called and ask them for the free pizzas they offered after one of the occasions and they said that they have a time limit on that and we are too late so can’t have it and also the Manager “Tosh” told as he given us his personal number last time and we dealt with the problem privately :D like WFT?!! all we wanted is some pizza

I ordered pizzas and cookie dough online on Friday 09/03/2018. The quoted delivery time on the website was 15-25 minutes; the food arrived after 1 hour and 30 minutes.Whilst waiting for the food, we tried to contact the PizzaHut delivery branch however after calling at least 10 times (and waiting 3 minutes each time) there was no answer from the branch.Once the food arrived the delivery driver was very defensive and rude about the late arrival of the food; by this time, the kids and I had lost our appetite.Upon opening the boxes of food the situation was horrid; the children's pizza (margherita) had garlic shavings on it which were specifically not requested. The tuna pizza smelt like wet dog and was soggy, and as for the cookie dough, it was more of a biscuit than a dough. I must say, the ice cream was fine, so credit due where credit owed.For the reasons listed above, we shall not be ordering from Pizza Hut again, and we will (and have) spread the message to other members of the community.
