Whent the other day to get some food seen 1 off workers smoking a cig and picking his nose dirty c..t Whent straight in and started cooking food talk about hygiene its gone down hill ppl there's much better places out there to eat dont waste your time try*THERE FOOD HYGIENE RATING IS 0 CHECK YOUR SELF PPL*Try (bella's pizza) nice food same thing what these lot do but better and fresh highly recommended

Best takeaway around we drive over from Grimsby just to get a pizza and kebab lol great friendly staff and top notch food highly recommend

Been a customer for years but won’t go again! Ordered a kebab and was charged £2 more than the price list, nearly £10. Hardly any meat and not good quality! Not worth £5 never mind £10. Avoid at all costs, worst in Brighouse now!

WHAT a useless takeaway made orders6pm 730pm no food rang its with the driver 745pm.Then 8pm rang again its just out of oven and when it arrived the chicken in the kebab was burnt unbeatable. But they sent a bottle of coke what a joke could have a drink not no food. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at 6 pm, we were still waiting at 8 pm and eventually ate something else.We had contacted Napolena at 7 to be told the order was on the way, clearly untrue!Order eventually arrived over 2 hours late with apologies and a promise of a big discount off our next order, we won't be taking them up on this!

Placed an order on Saturday, money taken but no food arrived. Tried calling, no answer. In the end I drove down to find out closed!! £32.40 taken from my bank with no way of getting in touch with them.10yrs of ordering from here, recently its taken a nose dive with quality, delivery and now this!!Disgusting!

Placed order via web site. Now getting near 2 hours. Still pending. Have tried to phone 5 times but no answer. Sure they are busy but doesn't help me. Taken the money but no delivery. Very disappointed. Don't think I'll be getting my kabab tonight. Refund required asap. The food is great usually when ordering via just eat but the service tonight is terrible, and I'm hangray! Refund me please.
