Absolutely rude and horrible phone service, told me if I cancel order I won’t get food or my money back!!! Can’t give me a time on when I’m gona receive my food and I’ve waited long time..... make your own mind up about this takeaway

The food from here is actually unreal. Everything is really fresh and hot, its packaged professionally for a takeaway and the meat is quality.The prices are fair and all orders have been correct.I was in there picking something up and one of the drivers had forgotten something and one of the guys said to take a free bottle of pop for the inconvenience, which I thought was really good.It shows they care about their reputation.I gave 4 stars because I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my order to be ready, it was a Saturday night so I'm really being harsh.Would really recommend to anyone.

Great food, terrible attitude.They are arrogant and think they're God's gift to take away food, which is a shame, as they cook some of the nicest take away food in the area. They are happy to leave you waiting two hours for food while charging over the odds for delivery (a bloke in a taxi that didn't even work for them eventually turned up with my food!). If you leave a review, (as their drivers will often hound you to do) management will reply blaming covid, or the weather, or more often simply denying that there is any problem at all. I used to be a regular customer, but there's more to running a take away than cooking good food.

Ordered from here several times. Never had a problem. Food is very tasty. Delivery service is excellent

Very good food. You can tell the chef takes pride in his food because not one bit of grease on anything. All the burgers are wrapped individually and well presented which you don’t get with any other takeaway . Kebabs also very good xx

Excellent food had pizza 🍕 and then ice cream the pizza was cooked fresh really hot and made very well no sloppy toppings or burnt Base. Good job on cutting into slices and not over tangy with the puree on the bottom. Few seats if waiting for food or a couple of drivers for delivery 🚚. All the staff nice and friendly with good Maners and banta. Also very quick to respond to just eat orders through the app and quick with taking telephone ☎ calls. Really good thing to see is they are open late Friday and Saturday night till after three in the morning Saturday and Sunday. Don't any other takeaway local are the same. Well done planet taste been family owned and run for years. Very clean inside and super helpful. Massive menu choice available.

Won't be ordering from this place again!! I was a very regular customer until last weekend,despite only passable food.Sent delivery driver out without change.He leaves order and returns to shop.Meanwhile I phone to inform shop of situation and it's agreed i will pay next order.Then I am phoned with exactly same message.When I explained this the reply was'He was only a worker, I am speaking now!! I told him to pick the order up.10 minutes later at door asking for money.I placed food next to him and returned indooi to the sound of banging and shouting.All this over £10.90!!! Up to recently owing to leg injuyi I must have spent 30-40 a for months.I hope they think that it was worth it!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the food I just ordered, the food came stone cold, the “garlic pizza” so they call it came with no garlic on and to me looked like a margarita pizza, looked like rubber. They had forgotten some of my order and not to mention they had charged me 5 pound over I have also tried to ring back and ask for my refund and they have argued it so I will be going down there tomorrow and getting my money back. So poor and will 100% never order from them again. Would not recommend to anybody. Fuming I was starving aswell.
