Rendezvous Mediterranean bistro in Calderdale

Our first visit to Rendezvous in HebdenBridge today, definitely won't be our last.The guys are extremely polite and friendly. Now for the food....The food was so flavoursome and lot's of it. Plenty of meal choices. we loved the Turkish decor, with the sun shining there was lot's of people sat outside. Now for the price's.... let's just say I'm a true Yorkshire man who likes value for money, and in my wife's and my opinion, that is exactly what we got. Thanks Mollie and the guys.

Had a lovely meal, the special , steak Canadian ,chips and salad £7.50. Would recommend this bistro,the food was lovely and the ambience great

I always visit this place with my friend when I visit family in Hebden Bridge. Great menu-something for everyone at a decent price & the staff are wonderful!!! So friendly & always happy to help. 😊😊

We loved the breakfast here. We had a prawn salad and a cooked breakfast. We liked our food so much that we bought takeaways as lunch to enjoy on our hired day boat.

Had the most delicious chip butty here on Saturday 15th January. Delightful place with very attentive waitress. Coffee was fantastic and the cakes looked great (although I was too full after the enormous sandwich). Excellent value for money 😊

Really overpriced, tables are far too close together and there is a quiet atmosphere so it's quite easy for people to hear your conversations. The food is OK- Nothing special whatsoever, very overpriced and took a while. Also the coffee was disgusting. The waitress who made my hazelnut latte, put way too much hazelnut syrup in it. I couldn't taste the coffee at all.Also on top of that they don't take card. What trader doesn't take card in 2022?!

Says open at 8. Turned up at 8.25 and the chap running the place said come back in 20 mins because everything needed warning up. Asked if we could wait in the warm, whilst waiting for things to be ready, but turned us away. Not very Hebden Bridge like. Went elsewhere to a lovely place with a warm welcome.

Disappointing. The food we had was good (a halloumi wrap) the salad was fair. The real problem was the serving staff on our day of visit 15th July '21. They didn't acknowledge us at all when we came in and in fact ignored us for nearly 10 minutes before we asked for a menu. No smiles or welcome. We were then ignored for a further 10 minutes or more. A couple across from us who had menus left after not being served. We were on the point of doing the same if it wasn't for the cook/manager/owner who appeared and was lovely! He was trying to do everything but he needs new staff... flat entrance, tables inside and out, lovely location.

Absolutely brilliant little bistro. Stopped in for lunch, it was simple, but very tasty fare that I can highly recommend. The service was super friendly, welcoming and attentive. Will call in again, I'm sure, on our next visit to Hebden Bridge.
