Get what you pay for. Food is cheap kebabs ain't bad. Staff are friendly and it's quick. Update . Food is better these days

Utterly vile staff who laugh directly at you when asking for collection. You can stand in this shop and their attitude is an absolute disaster. I used to appreciate their food but the staff ganging up to ridicule customers has made me never want to go there again. Embarrassing at best.

Easy to place an order and fast delivery. Unfortunately they dont seem to take any notice of the "message for the kitchen" part on the online order form. Been ignored almost every time i order. Last order (tonight) i received wrong pizza didnt know till i bit into it ive no idea what sort of meat it was but i ordered mushroom thin crust.

Takeaways are hit and miss, no consistency in quality. Mostly swimming in so much oil, you could run your car on it. Meat varies. Its just pot luck whether you get a good takeaway or not. Better off going to Shihba in Sowerby Bridge, a little more expensive, but the quality is always consistent.Come on Saffron's wake up, you used to be great....

One of the best starters and curries I've had by far, delivery was fast and the delivery guy was great, would highly recommend to anyone.

The order came over 30 minutes late. When it arrived it was absolutely awful. The food was tepid at best, we received 1 crushed popadom rather than 3. I ordered a pickle tray for £2.50 & what I received was 1 very small pot of mint yoghurt dip. The chicken tikka kebab was just a few dried up pieces of chicken in a naan - no salad etc. The biriyani was completely tasteless and very very spicy (I have never ever had a spicy birayani before and having ordered as a child friendly dish this was a disaster). Worst of all was a portion of ‘sauce?’ - can only be described as pure grease - I have absolutely no idea what it was supposed to be but it managed to leak out and all over the rest of the food and bag. This is hands down the worst take away I have ever had. Avoid. Wish I could upload my photographs.

Friday the 13th is usually a day to be wary and suspicious but not today and not at this takeaway. We ordered a mixed naan kebab and a ham and cheese omelette with sides of sauces and mayonnaise. My partner (who is quite the kebab addict) only made it half way through before exclaiming "omg!" and unbuttoning his jeans..5 minutes later he was defeated and sat with his head covered by a tea towel. My omelette was absolutely delicious, full of cheese and ham and the side salad had minted onions which were delightful. Delivery was on time and the driver was so polite he even tried to fix my door.This is my first review of Saffron but not my first delivery nor will it be my last.

Eaten here for years and has always been good Food friendly staff. They take constructive feedback and deal with it ad make changes. Pizzas are the best

It probably wasn't worth even 1 star... the staff are rude and talk about you openly. The food wasn't great, and took them about 30 mins to make a pizza. I could make one from scratch quicker at home.
