I went to the new Roxy’s Today for bottomless brunch and I can’t fault them at all. Utterly amazing. Complete credit to them and the team. I will be back!!! Amazing food and excellent value for money

OMG, lovely polite staff. Big place, good music but feet stuck to floor. It's was like a paddling pool of smelly beer trays. Lots of funkie chicking dancing people all around that could dance with a pint in there hand. Lol. Choose you footwear carefully!!

Love this place, good night out, drinks are reasonably priced, music is spot on a good mix of old and new. Needs a new carpet though and a bit of tlc. Atmosphere is always good.

This place is the pits it's just plain awful the bar manager is a complete racist he has stopped myself and sister from entering, the only reason is because we are mixed race.He had his bouncers single myself out from the group of friends and accused me of taking drugs outside so I could not enter, I asked him to prove this on his camera's (which he could not because I don't take drugs) so he then said he was go to knock me and my mate out! What a guy.A few weeks later my family and friends had been to York race's at returning to sowerby bridge a few of our group wanted to go into this dive so my wife and sister headed in whilst my wife was using the wc the bouncers were instructed to remove my sister and one even entered the ladies toilets to tell my wife they had booted her out!About 3 months after I was walking past with friends on a night out and they wanted to go in I then told them this story and said I probably won't be allowed in for no reason apart from being mix race. They said I was being daft as I'd never been disallowed in any pub.So on walking past I asked the bouncers if I could enter he said I hoped when you walked past you didn't want to come in I'm really sorry mate this might sound a bit racist but I'm not allowed to let you or your sister in its nothing to do with me you seem like a nice lad but that's the bar managers orders, my friends could not believe it!!!I'm 36 and only go out for a good time every now and then I think it's completely humiliating the way this place has treated myself and family the bar manager should be disgusted with himself.

Come to the Roxy once each week for the past 5 years with family, food lovely, good value. Staff welcoming, inviting for children plenty of room within the Roxy. Big screens for footballI can't really fault the place and would recommend

Can't rate the bar as I've not actually been in. I turned up last night to pick my boyfriend and his friends up. Door staff wouldn't let me in (I was dressed in hoody and converse so clearly not there to party). They also would not go and tell him I was here themselves and refused to escort me in to find them. Told them I had no phone to ring them, but still no help. I was left outside by myself (in below 0 temperatures) for 40 minutes. Clearly it is acceptable for them to leave a young woman outside alone. Think alot of retraining needs to be done. One of the doormen didn't even have his licence on show, and I couldn't ask him to show me as he refused to listen to me. Disgraceful.

I think there are better places to get your teeth removed than this. You feel like you have to be avoiding confrontation with other customers all the time, or else you will be picked for a fight. Not a place for being relaxed.

One star is too much this club has unlicensed door staff. And the safety of the public entering is in club should be inporttant to the club's owner's but this isn't the case. So if you're thinking of a night out in the Roxy venue watch out for unlicensed door staff
