Sainsburys Cafe in Calderdale

So just spent 10 minutes in a queue with a full trolley of groceries only to be told by the checkout person, when I was just about to start putting my shopping on the conveyor belt, "I'm closing you have to go somewhere else " No worries I will but you can put that trolley load of goods back on the shelf. Walked out left the trolley next to her till. Well done sainsbury great customer service not.Off shopping somewhere else now.Disgusted especially when there's queues of people and only 2 check outs open and one will be closing soon

Great shopping experience, made even better as Sainsbury's do not bombard their customers & staff with blaring Musak. Brilliant policy.

Great example of this nationwide supermarket chain. We'll stocked shelves and accommodating staff made for a welcoming experience. The store is also kept clean and tidy in all areas which was good to see too.

All in one, the most things you want for your home, just go there, I loved the smart shop.Very calm place, and not crowded.

Pricey, traffic on route very heavy most of the time. Store good and internal argos and B&M. Next door Matherlan store...Fuel station, recycling and fast food in the area.

A large Superstore that includes Argos, clean with anything that you may need for your home and family. Very large car park with a Petrol station to fill up your vehicle

Rating for the cafe, which seems to have stopped doing food altogether. The only hot food were tosties or pizza and they had run out of pizza. If just want a drink maybe okay otherwise don't bother.

My first thought when I walked in the store was woooow look how shiny the floor is and look how clean it is! This store is the cleanest Sainsbury’s I’ve been in!! Secondly I think it is VERY unprofessional for management staff (didn’t get her name, dark hair, think she may of been Asian she wasn’t wearing a uniform, black cardi carrying a PDA) and a CA (Alex on produce) to be slagging off a dept (Bakery) and individuals within that dept! On the shop floor in front of customers too. I’m a manager at your competitor and I hope that this is brought to mgts attention

I do really like this store it also includes argos i love there clothes section best and everything is at least the quality that you would expect from marks and sparks in the clothes line so very any one wanting a new outfit try sainsburys like the thought of getting anything from a supermarket to wear but i have changed my mknd now ..
