Spring Rock in Calderdale

Fantastic olde world hostelry, good pub food with fine ales and bespoke wines. Friendly able staff ,always a delight to visit.

Another lunchtime visit and really top qualiy food. Very generous portions. The fish and the steak and kidney pie never fail to delight

Went passed this pub on the bus one day and saw how busy the car park was,so thought we'd give it a try,it was very nice,just one thing it said outside that food was served all day but we arrived at 2 minutes to 2 and only had until 2pm to get the order in!!

Went for a meal and drinks, female bar staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. Asked for meal to be told ‘you’ll be lucky. Had drink and left

Outstanding country pub. Amazing home cooked food, cold beer and friendly staff. One of the best pubs I have visited since we returned to the UK this year. Highly recommended

This is an all round great pub which is always busy. It has an excellent selection of beers, lagers and wines including some premium wines which is unusual for a pub. The food is excellent, the menu has all of the traditional classics but with a few modern additions. Well worth a visit.

Great food friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

Delicious home cooked roast beef and Yorkshire pudding! Friendly efficient service! Cannot fault the Spring Rock. Lovely Guinness too

The absolute perfect example of a country pub!! Welcoming atmosphere, really great beer and what looked like great food. Unfortunately don’t allow dogs inside but there is some covered and heated seating outside. Great pub!!

Recently went for a meal and was very disappointed, the starter Yorkshire pudding with gravy was a single small Yorkshire pudding which cost £5 wasn't worth it.My main was a pork steak which was so thick I could hardly cut it and it was very tough I left it don't think I would return.
