Subway in Calderdale

Visited on 05/07/22, came to subway after I had a hospital appointment and not being able to eat most of the day, my boyfriend got served before me and the guy told me to wait while he made 2 online orders. I was absolutely starving and being pregnant made it worse, I walked out before he had the chance to serve me. I've seen multiple staff members here making 2 orders at the same time. There were about 5 staff members behind the counter, don't tell me it would've took them an extra 5 to 10 minutes to serve one person due to prioritising online orders? I work for a busy customer service based coffee job myself, and we always multi task with online orders and with serving people. Disappointed isn't the word. Subway is usually pretty speedy.

Walked in to find a nasty, gobby girl sat down, shovelling food down her neck, being very verbal. Really nice kids serving and clearly being trained up by a decent young man. I put my card on wrong part of scanner and gobby burst out laughing, (clearly taking the piss) I sat in to eat and this gobby girl did not shut up, thinking she was amusing the other staff members. They seemed very uncomfortable. She had black, tatty, big hair. Wish I'd said something at the time but the staff were very busy. I'll pop back in soon.

Love this place. Staff are so nice & chilled even though they were busy with orders as well as walk-ins.

People that work their clearly cant read..totally messed up my order.. ordered 2 sandwiches an both of them were wrong.. wont be ordering from here again

Love a subway 6' sub and coffee in a morning when out shopping ... Arrive before 11am, bacon and cheese toasted on choice of sub then spinish red onion and sweet onion dressing and a cappachino for £2.39 ... Bargain !!2022Halifax Subway is a favourite place to dine for brunch at the moment. The 6" breakfast sub is very tasty especially when toasted and completed with items from the salad bar and a choice of sauce/dressing. The store is clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful, subway also offer a loyalty card which you scan with every purchase ... As you gain points - you will soon receive coffee, sides,subs or salads!!

Quick and friendly staff, followed all procedures. Vegan cookies were 2 days old though, and I had to bin them. Past date and you can tell because of texture, shouldn't be selling them.

Friendly staff but very easily distracted lol three times i went in and three times they got my order wrong (toasted when i asked for not toasted, wrong bread etc) they are all teenagers so its hard to be mad at them for having a laugh at work but its not the best subway ever despite being clean and tidy.

We turned up at 2 minutes to 8 and instead of turning us away the lovely staff made out sandwiches. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to serve us. Someone deserves a bonus!

Was recommended to come here for a vegetarian sub. Never been to a Subway prior, so found the process of moving from server to server a little daunting 😂. But the food was really amazing, so can't complain at all!
