Tamanna's in Calderdale

We have been Tamanna's customers for a number of years now. The food is always very tasty, the portions are generous AND the delivery drivers are always polite and friendly.

Back home visiting and was recommended Tamannas and OMG what a beautiful meal we enjoyed. My favourite, absolute favourite curry is Dopiaza and I think I found the best ever from Tamannas. What a superb recommendation. Will definitely be back.

One of the best takeaway curries I’ve had. Well cooked chunky pieces lamb with the puris and biryani and plenty of large pieces of chicken with the jalfrezi. All beautifully cooked and helpful service from the staff. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Excellent service polite and friendly Food was excellent with size of portions meaning we have leftovers - always great the next day! Highly recommended.

The foods nice I will give them that much but I do find it a bit suspect they don't accept card payments or have a visible "till" that orders and money goes through, smells of money-laundering to me. Solution: accept debit cards!

Popped in on the way past to ask if the the curries were Gluten free. The man behind the counter was very aware of the allergen and assured me the curries were Gluten free. We walked away with a Lamb Biryani and Chicken Korma with Coconut rice. Beautiful food and no allergic reaction to gluten 😁 we'll be back!

Food was delicious, delivery driver super friendly and personable. Generous food portions, beautifully spiced and did our favourite chicken saag that wasn’t on the menu. Great that they offer free delivery, Thank you!

Went for the first time today, reminds me of the Bangladeshi style that all the Scarborough restaurants use - lovely stuff - much better than the "Bradford" style of Indian.

By far the best Indian takeaway around! Food is consistently absolutely delicious, and the staff so friendly. So glad we found it!

This is ‘by far’ the best provider of traditional Indian food in our area, we visit here very often and are yet to be disappointed.Granted at busy times there can be a wait of up to an hour for deliveries, but it’s a wait well worth the quality of food that is received.The food you can tell is freshly prepared and made with pride, this is NOT your average all dishes taste the same take away.Tamanas is definitely in a class of its own and so are the staff, keep up the great work and we’ll see you again soon.
