The Royal Oak in Calderdale

Great little boozer, nipped in before attending a concert for a few drinks bar was busy but good service and DJ setting up . Returned to it after the concert DJ in full swing dedications taken and Great ska /punk music played with punters getting up dancing. Good atmosphere and easy going people out to have a good night. Variety of beers, wines and spirits plus pool table available. Would visit again

Went in on a Tuesday teatime. Quiet. Plenty of seats.Very reasonable prices.I had a Pale ale which I wasn't keen on but it was my choice. Mates had bitter which was fine.Can't comment anything about food.Bar staff friendly and served quickly.

Blast from the past, and decor to match Cheerful staff and a mixed bag of punters. The beer was good!

Good beer Good service, what more can you ask for.

Locals bar, but welcoming to travelers as long as you keep cool.

Excellent pub, super staff, great drink selection and well priced,pool table and Sky Sports, well worth a visit.
