Towngate Tearoom & Bistro in Calderdale

Great .title Cafe. The lattes are the best around. Becoming our regular pllace to walk the dog then coffee and cake.

Lovely small tea room in a perfect location. I had one of the best cheese cakes ever.

Came for a snack, but when we saw the Menu couldn't resist the Boeuf Bourguignon. This is not just a café - we are coming back for a proper meal next time! Outstanding food and cakes, beautifully presented, and a charming place.

Lovely little tea room serving home made cakes and food. We had the leek and potato soup which was accompanied with a cheese toastie which was lovely and comforting on the cold wet day it was. Friendly owners too. We couldnt leave without takingbaway somw dwlicious home made cheesecake and bakewell tart!!

The cheesecake is NOT “to die for” … you will want to live so you can have more!

Very nice walk up from Hebden Bridge to Heptonstall. Had a nice coffee and cake at Towngate Tearoom. A warm welcome from the attentive staff awaits your arrival. Well worth the walk.

Absolutely gorgeous food, wonderful cakes and delightful hosts. A must try for all. Great selection of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options. I even cane home with some delightful frozen meals too.

Very nice staff, I loved their desserts it is delicious. The coffee is good and also the tea .

I came across this beautiful cafe when I was working has security for the films, this place is amazing freshly baked cakes daily fresh homemade style food quality on the food honestly its always been bang on. They also do afternoon tea so definitely would come back ;)

Great little tearoom. Had the mushroom quiche which was fabulous. Others in my group had paninis which they thought were great and full of fillings. Staff were friendly and quick.
