Burger King in Craven

Took 45 minutes for "fast food" to come!!!

Food was ok (it is burger king afterall) but the service jere is painful. All the staff move with the urgency of a slug. They can't hear you, yoi can't hear them and the food took 25 mins to come out and it was a sinple order. Won't be back!

Outside is a right mess, whoever owns the park needs to do a proper clean up. Bins overflowing, litter everywhere. Food was ok, no issues with the staff.

Nothing changes. Rats outside long queue inside. Two staff max at all times! The greggs next to it gets a lot of BK customers who are sick of waiting. They lose so much business. Wrote whilst in queue/waiting for food. Took 30 mins altogether, toaster broken

This place is by far the worst Burger King that we have visited. The food was cold, the woman that was serving ignored me for 5 min before taking my order (there was only 2 other people that ordered before me waiting for there order). Once I finally placed my order she definitely was not in a rush to serve it. I could see my food sitting in keep warm section, somehow she had to stand and watch the drinks dispenser and then walk / crawl to cook some more chips. After a painful display on how to serve food, when I receive my burger it was cold. I didn't take it back as I couldn't stand the thought of her trying to process my complaint, then resolving it. I was far to hungry for that display.

Staff were so slow it was incredible, food was cold and awful despite having to wait till near starvation for it. Shop was half swept with rubbish literally everywhere, brush just left on floor. Absolute shambles

Went here yesterday with my Mum and Dad. Great place to eat! Lovely food and friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended!!

Meal was ok, dirty and unkept grounds and car park

I'm surprised this place survives. The food, when it comes, is predictable and that's fine but the whole experience is slow and drawn out. Its not "Fast Food" by any stretch of the imagination. The last time I called they refused to serve me, even though I'd walked in the open door, as they had "Staff shortages". This an hour before their posted closing time. C-19 restrictions can't be helping but I've had quicker and more pleasant tooth extractions....
