Cafe Nero in Craven

Absolutely hooked on this place and the staff are very friendly.Loved the service off Rebecca.

Always friendly service, great coffee great place to visit

Sat in here now. Absolutely dirty. Smelly. Unclean. And I'd happily stand with anyone who says different. I'm leaving I actually feel sick. This place does not care just look at the chairs. The walls, it's disgusting.

Opens earlier than most coffee shops. Coffee was lovely and customer service was excellent from the young lady on the counter. Visited 8am 02/04/22.

Friendly staff and not too noisy (do they make the machines intentionally too loud). I went for the milder option but will go for the stronger variety next time if it's still there

Not a place I would visit on a regular time as not a coffee drinker the service was awesome and very polite friendly staffWELL DONE CAFE NERO

Packed because of the Christmas Market yet the ladies working here all work incredibly hard their teamwork is amazing and they are just so lovely and friendly 5* for not letting the busy environment get to them and being all round happy 😀boss to give them a Christmas bonus 😀 😊 👍🏻

We love coffee breaks still collect points, it was really nice I had a free cuppa. Lots of light lunch selection, cakes drinks. Social distancing well observed, hand sanitizers available, customers well spaced. We wore our masks when we got in.Wheelchair accessible entrance, disabled to available. Polite and friendly staff. Come enjoy a cuppa & collect points towards a free drink.

I just love this coffee, so much better than Costa - I like flat white and they do this so well. I also have decaf and the taste of the decaf is equal to standard coffee. My flat white had a really velvety thin foam and great art work

Special treat, my daughter got a kiddie hot choc so good, decaf latte. piece of carrot cake and lemon meringue cake were both lovely thank you to the lady serving us
